UITZICHT, UITZICHT, UITZICHT! Het uitzicht alleen van dit apparaat zou het moeten doen, maar er is meer. Het is ÉÉN MIJL VAN HET STRAND. Deze unit bevindt zich in het beroemde Park Shore Resort in Napels. Het is een AAA-3-Diamond resort met verwarmd zwembad, bubbelbad, tennis, beachvolleybal, racquetball, barbecueroosters en wandelpaden. De locatie kon niet beter of handiger zijn. We zijn slechts een mijl van de beroemde Golf stranden, Venetiaans dorp, eten winkelen, Pelican Bay gebied. Een zeer korte rit naar Tin City, de beroemde 5th Ave South en de meest geliefde 3rd Street South.

Nu, over het appartement: heb ik het ongelooflijke uitzicht op het appartement van muur tot muur, van vloer tot plafond ramen genoemd? De foto's die je ziet, zijn gemaakt door een amateur (ik) met alleen een iPhone in de hand en kunnen de pittoreske gronden niet overbrengen, die jaarlijks worden bezocht door amateur- en gerenommeerde kunstenaars die hier komen om het landschap te schilderen.

Het appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers is net gerenoveerd met nieuwe apparatuur en levendig eigentijds meubilair. Het bevat twee 50 "flat-panel TV's; een in de slaapkamer en een in de woonkamer. We hebben een telefoon, Wi-Fi, complete keuken met alle keukengerei en een kleding wasmachine en droger BINNEN het appartement. Hebben we iets gemist? Zo ja, laat het ons weten, als het redelijk is, zullen we het krijgen. Het appartement beschikt over centrale airconditioning en ook plafondventilatoren in elke kamer, voor degenen die niet zo dol zijn op airconditioning. Dit appartement is één vlucht omhoog en er is een lift.

Love this little piece of Heaven

This is a perfect property for being close to many things we like to do like the zoo and boat rides and the beach. I love the private pool on this property and it’s always clean. The restaurant on property is also nice and good food. We like to take food to the pool. I love sitting on the balcony early morning with coffee and enjoying the view of the bridge and water and turtles. A must stay. We stay here every year. And we love the owner, Elliot. Such a nice man and always always calls us to see that all is ok.

Exactly as expected with a warm pool

The photos were accurate and the location couldn't be better. All the staff were very friendly. The pool was kept around 90 degrees which was perfect for us and made it easy to get in with the kids on the cooler days!

Glorious week in Naples!

We came to Naples to visit our son who moved down from Maryland a few months prior. Our 1st time in Naples and we fell in love!! This property is perfect! Very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked well, the TV's are GREAT!! The balcony/lanai is perfect for having your morning coffee and watching the ducks and birds. So peaceful and quiet. The location is great. A grocery store is right around the corner. There are several restaurants close by, and the beaches are close. Hogfish Harrys, right on the property, is fantastic! Elliot is a great host! We loved our stay so much we extended it a few days! You won't go wrong if you decide to rent this property.

We enjoyed staying at this condo in the Park Shore Resort. It is in a great location, has a nice view, is close to the pool and also the front of the complex making it easy to go out. It is an end unit on the second floor and was easy to access the parking lot. It had everything we needed and Elliot was a WONDERFUL host. We arrived early and he was gracious enough to let us check in. He then called to make sure everything was good. He was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. When I let him know that the toaster was not working he asked if we would pick up another one. When we did he not only reimbursed us for the toaster but added an additional amount for us to treat ourselves with. We would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

Cute Place

We loved the condo at Park Shore Resort. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the pool was luscious. Oou VRBO was cute, well decorated and just as it was advertised. This is my fifth VRBO stay and the was the first time we received a welcome basket with the necesiries... so nice!

Wonderful hideway!

We stayed 5 days and loved this condo. The pictures of the condo and property were beautiful and it didn’t disappoint. The owner kept in touch to see if we had any questions and responded quickly when I called him to ask a question. I definitely would stay here again.

Great Naples Family Getaway

This was a clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit GREAT for a family of 4. The unit was stocked with some extras also including a beach chair, umbrella, sand toys and more. The resort itself was great also with a heated pool and nature seen with waterfall. ALSO GREAT restaurant on premises. All in all, it was a successful trip.
