Quality Bikes & Kayaks, Southern Exposure = All Day Sunshine! 2 Suites met een kingsize bed

Ervaar de tropische pracht van deze waterkant, zuidelijke blootstelling 3 slaapkamers, 3 complete badkamers met verwarmd zwembad en spa. Deze scherp ingerichte woning biedt een master bedroom suite en een suite, beide met kingsize bedden! Alle drie de badkamers hebben een eigen badkamer met inloopdouche! Moderne functies zijn er in overvloed in zijn onlangs bijgewerkte eigendom. Nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten, geluidsinstallatie, flatscreen-tv's, BluRay / dvd-spelers, nieuwe AC, kajaks, fietsen, Polywood tuinmeubilair en 3 ligstoelen op Lanai. Onlangs toegevoegd docklift om gemakkelijk kajaks te lanceren voor leuk kanaal-peddelen en wat we "Dolphin Chasing" noemen! NU AANBOD alternatieve / flexibele verandering in dagen. Zie details onder het gedeelte 'Waarom deze eigenschap'.

We zijn verheugd te kunnen melden dat IRMA-gerelateerde reparaties zijn voltooid en dat het huis nog nooit zo goed is geweest! We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de verhuur tijd om een ​​verscheidenheid aan upgrades te doen, we hopen dat onze huurders het zullen waarderen, waaronder een nieuwe zwembadkooi met twee brede raamschermen, nieuwe landschapsverlichting aan de achterkant, nieuw tapijt in de slaapkamers, nieuwe caféstijl zitplaatsen op de Lanai, en nog veel meer. Onze 2018 huurders hebben echt een ontspannen en comfortabel huis om tijdens Marco Island vakantie te blijven!

Slechts een extra commentaar op de 3 badkamerfunctie van ons eigendom ... Toen we een paar jaar geleden voor het eerst huizen in Marco huurden, maakten we altijd grapjes dat "de kinderen het niet erg vonden om een ​​badkamer te delen met oma en opa!" We hebben later geleerd dat ze het inderdaad erg vonden ... grote schok! Dus toen we besloten om een ​​plaats te kopen, moesten we een huis met drie badkamers hebben. We zijn er echt van gaan begrijpen dat we tijdens onze uitgebreide familiebezoeken zeker weten dat uw familie / vrienden ook de extra privacy zullen waarderen die 3 badkamers mogelijk maakt.

We really enjoy the location of the house relative to the beaches, Esplanade and other attractions. The house is well maintained, well equipped and has all the amenities (pool, whirlpool, kayaks, bikes) you could want. We are already talking about returning next year!

Family spring break

wonderful outdoor area by pool and deck with kayaks! Was impressed with all the bikes, and beach necessities! Property was very clean, plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking/baking. Bedrooms had plenty of pillows, etc. Owners were wonderful on answering all questions quickly and easy to work with. Only downfall was a little far to walk with beach equipment to carry, but wonderful neighborhood/ area!

Perfect Location For Our Family of Four

This was our fifth time staying on Marco Is., and our second renting a house. As our kids have aged into middle and high school, a vacation rental just make more sense than one of the expensive hotels or even condos right on the beach that can be double the price, and for a lot less space. This house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. The bikes and kayaks were an excellent option for us each day, and Tigertail and South Beaches are just a short 5 min. drive away (beach chairs included!) The outdoor patio/pool/deck area was outstanding and a big reason why we choose the house. Eric and Jean were great hosts - easy to communicate with every step of the way.

60th Birthday Girls Trip

Marco Island Paradise

Our stay at this beautiful house was fantastic. The house had all the comforts of home and then some. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, spa and lanai everyday. The dock with the automated lift for the kayaks made kayaking easy. We had so much fun kayaking through the miles of canals and enjoying the views from the water. In the house, everything we could ever need was there. The beds were very comfortable and having large, luxurious en-suites with each bedroom was very nice. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the house is located in a very convenient location, within minutes to all of Marco Islands best restaurants and beaches. Eric and Jean were very good hosts and were prompt in answering any questions we had during our stay… Thanks Eric and Jean!

Amazing Home and Location!!

My wife and I stayed for a getaway week in April and the home is fabulous!! The location is perfect, the home is very well equipped and exactly as described, and the view from the lanai is amazing!! The garage contains everything you need for the beach and the bikes are quality units that we used each morning. The owners were very accommodating and fast with communication. We highly recommend this home and will definitely be planning another visit!!

Loved Marco!

This property was exactly as advertised. There are several expectations for your stay here, but they were very clear and easy to follow. We loved the kayaks (the lowering dock) and the bikes. It was so nice to have those to use whenever we wanted instead of having to rent them. Marco Island is a beautiful place!

Relaxing vacation

My husband and I and our 2 adult children just came back from the most relaxing week ever. We have had a very stressful year, and this is just what we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better home. It had everything we needed, plus more. Very clean and great location. We used the bikes, but did not try the kayaks. I probably would have rolled over!😂😂. Anyway, I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone.

Winter Vacation

The property is well maintained, clean and spacious. The kitchen is well appointed for all dining styles. The pool area and the dock add additional choices for outdoor seating no matter what the weather may do. The pool and spa were very clean and provide an enjoyable alternative to the beach. The kayaks and powered dock platform were an excellent way to be on the water and see the surrounding area. Eric and Jean could not have been more communicative and quickly addressed any question or concerns we had. For us this house was the best residence we've rented on Marco Island.
