The hotel was under construction, there were builders everywhere, the pillows were dirty, the pool area was full of people with their dogs!! And other guests were very noisy until late. Absolutely not worth the fortune we paid for it The beds however were very comfortable.

The hotel needs renovation. The beds are hard as a rock. The tubs are old and rusted. The jacuzzi is green and dirty. Never clean pool towels available. The pool restrooms are locked. I asked one the staff to please open them and no one responded. The carpets inside the rooms are stained. The bed sheets are stained.

I liked being close to Olive Garden! I didn’t know this property did not have a lobby and inside rooms. Exterior noise was noticeable. Bathroom sink did not drain. Ugh! I wouldn’t stay there again!

My wife and I stayed in room 129 and the car traffic out front between the IHOP and the hotel is heavier than expected. At night the area gets a bit creepy. The price was nice and the location near Old Naples and the beach is convenient.

We did not stay. Ate the $300 and left after 20 minutes because the smell and filthy conditions. The smell gave me a headache and was making my wife and I sick. Stains on the carpet, couch, and running down the wall under the tv that looked like someone had just done the deed and made a mess everywhere. Where told by red roof lobby to try and get our money back from Expedia.

The room we stayed in (room was very dirty from the beginning when we walked in. Under the sofa bed was very dirty almost like mold, the shower very unclean, the ground full or dirt and sand, the doors having holes and tears all around and the scent was very unpleasant.

It is comfortable to spend a weekend with the family, it is quiet and many places nearby to walk and eat. We didn't like that there were 6 of us in the suite room and they only gave us 4 towels. The three days they don't change sheets or towels and they don't clean the rooms daily, they should put a broom to sweep up the sand when you go to the bathroom. beach is difficult to leave outside

Terrible the room smells like someone Died , Mold in tube , carpet filthy stains . Half the lights for Security on property not working, Hot Tube scum flowing on top , Pool scum on walls. Front desk staff lazy 2 people sitting at desk and took 15 minutes for someone to ask for reservation. I have been coming to Naples for 50 years and I had know idea that a place this Terrible was in such a Wonderful city. My next contact will be the Health Department of Naples .
