Gelegen in de historische wijk Olde van Napels, op slechts een korte wandeling van 2 stratenblokken naar de winkels en eetgelegenheden van Fifth Avenue. Geniet van terrasjes, kunstgalerijen en theater. Korte wandeling naar Tin City Marina voor dineren aan het water aan de baai van Napels. Loop naar het prachtige Gulf Beach (6 blokken). Cambier Park met kinderspeelplaats en Arthur L. Allen kampioenschap tenniscentrum ligt aan de overkant van de straat.

Het grote huis in Key West-stijl is perfect voor ontspannen familiefeesten met een ruime open plattegrond: woonkamer, eetkamer, keuken. Het huis is prachtig gerenoveerd en gerestaureerd. Architectonische details zoals overdekte portieken, gewelfde plafonds, Miami-Dade hardhouten vloeren en kralen zijn bewaard gebleven. Er zijn vier frisse nieuwe moderne baden met glazen tegels en hoogwaardige armaturen. Alle nieuwe meubels: witgekalkt hout, rotan, katoen, sisal en andere natuurlijke materialen overal.

Nieuw verwarmd zwembad en een lounge aan de voorkant, evenals een groot buiteneetgedeelte aan de achterkant van het huis met Weber gasgrill bieden privé-buitenruimtes.

Amazing location with Plenty of Space with Great Owner and Property Manager

The house is perfect for a family or a few couples traveling together. we stayed for an entire month and enjoyed it so much. The caretaker/property manager was amazing. Provided weekly cleaning (for a fee) and the location can not be beat. You are 10-15 walk from over 60 restaurants. yet the street is really quiet in the afternoon and evening. It is next to a school which was fun at Recess. We would strongly recommend this house.

Perfect spot to enjoy all Naples has to offer!

This property has the perfect combination of all that we were looking for as our families met together in Naples - a location very walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach, a home that accommodates several guests very comfortably, an outdoor area that offers a heated pool and patio dining, and a host that is most responsive and clearly committed to offering his guests a wonderful experience. Royal Palm Cottage

The house was well appointed and updated. There were plenty of towels, pillows, beach umbrellas, and it had a fully stocked set of kitchen amenities. We loved the location and the privacy of the property. If I had to find negative for informational purposes, it would be that it is hard to control the noise due to the slat doors throughout the house.

Wonderful Old Naples House

We enjoyed a very nice stay with our family of 6. The house was charming Old Naples Florida and in a great location near the beach and 5th Ave and 3rd St. shops and restaurants. The property owner, James, was an excellent host. He was very accommodating and responsive - even replacing the clothes dryer in no time at all! We recommend staying here.

Royal Palms Cottage Rocks!

We spent 10 days at the Royal Palms Cottage and we had the best vacation we've had in a long time!!!! The property is immaculate, the centrality of it is superb, walking distance to beach and to the 5th Ave shops and restaurants. The checking process was so painless. Our five grown kids and their spouses and children stayed with us and loved it. Could not have asked for a better experience. Jim was always great to work with. We loved our stay. Owner is super responsive. Absolutely superb Old Naples location. Just a few blocks from Fifth Ave with awesome restaurants and shops and from the beautiful beach and Cambier park. Awesome house for kids and family. All bedrooms and bathrooms remodeled and wonderful. We used the heated pool relentlessly every day. Would love to return!

Paradise Found

Our time in Old Naples while staying at the Royal Palm Cottage was fabulous and the great experiences we had will stay with us for years. Immediately after making our reservation, the property manager James reached out to welcome us and provided us with a list of useful information regarding the area and a great list of restaurants. James was happy to answer all of our questions both before and during our stay so we could get the most out of our stay. The expanded cottage captures the essence of Old Naples and had plenty of space for our party of 8 while providing privacy with its great layout. The location was perfect - with a quick (3 min) walk to the center of activity on 5th avenue and also within walking/biking distance to 3rd street, the beautiful beaches, Naples Pier, and Tin City . I would recommend renting bicycles for the stay - between walking and biking you can get to everything. The cottage is set back nicely from the street and completely private. Everyone enjoyed the pool and surrounding patio area for a quick dip or to get some afternoon sun. If I could give a 6th star for this house I would - thank you for everything!
