Prima b&b, zeer centraal gelegen
Ruime schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel, prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoek Pompei, Vesuvius en Napels. Het tegenover de b&b gelegen Hercaluneum is ook zeer de moeite waard en doet zeker niet onder voor Pompei

Leuk B&B midden in het gebied bezienswaardigheden
Ruins of Ercolano tegenover het hotel. Hotel gesitueerd op de hoek van een winkelstraat. Eten in Ercolano is goedkoper dan in Napels en Pompei. Heerlijk om ook uit de drukte van Napels te ontsnappen. Treinstation op een 10 min afstand om zowel naar Pompei als Napels te kunnen reizen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zeer schone kamers. Vooral de eigenaresse Lucia Spingola is heel betrokken bij haar gasten.

Comfortable B&B right next to Herculaneum site. It was a 5 minute walk from Ercolaneum Scavi train station. Friendly staff, good breakfast, good restaurants nearby.

It is in a great location opposite Herculaneum ruins and at the bottom of the high street with lots of restaurants and shops and only 15 minutes walk to a volcanic beach. Pompeii also Naples accessible by train just watch train times stopping at Herculaneum as they’re infrequent. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English. The roof terrace was lovely and relaxing. Breakfast was simple but sufficient (would have liked some fruit.) The room was spotlessly clean - there are electric shutters which we didn’t find till the last day! Air con and excellent Wi-Fi throughout.

Signage to the property can be confusing.The reception staff are very helpful as with all the staff.The room was maintained daily, all in all had a great experience The Herculaneum can easily be seen from the breakfast room.

Literally across the street from archway entrance to Herculaneum (not ticket office- if taking taxi make sure they know otherwise they drop you at ticket office). Entrance to B&B is same as Hotel Herculaneum so a little confusing the first time. Very walkable to Vesuvius tour, train to Naples & Pompeii, and restaurants. Staff extremely helpful and rooms are very clean. Would stay here again

A lovely stay
A fantastic little hotel. Perfect location to explore the sights around the coast (train). Ercolano itself very small, quiet, and Italian. Hotel very clean and relatively spacious room for three adults too. Staff willing to support with anything asked. Breakfast was great for setting you up for the day and table service was offered for coffees.

Comfortable place to stay for Pompei
It was easy to access from the local train from Naples and a 6 block walk. Ercolano is a nice little town and right across the street from an entrance to the Heracleum. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The train runs from there to Pompei as well as to Naples.

Great B&B Experience
The B&B was very conveniently located, right across the street from the Ercolano ruins. The room was large and very clean. Luca was wonderful and explained everything perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with the stay.

Perfect if going to Herculean which is literally across the street from the B&B. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy but manageable. Parking is convenient and Giovanna, the attendant at the B&B is terrific!

Stanza un po'piccolina per 3 persone le foto nel sito danno una sensazione di grandezza che a mio parere non c'è .Ok per un weekend ma per soggiorni un po' più lunghi da rivedere come sistemazione .Colazione sicuramente da migliorare sia come gestione che come quantità nella scelta delle cose da prendere (il foglio da compilare il giorno prima per le indicazioni di scelta crea un po' di confusione )

Very pretty
Hotel inside looked exactly like the pictures. It was very beautiful and clean. Comfort was high. Breakfast was served by your own choice and was good. Serving water would have made it great. The neighborhood first felt a bit unsafe but people were very friendly and helpful. Parking is an issue.

Great little spot, best location for the ruins
Absolutely fabulous little hotel. Vincenzo, Patritzia and everyone there are terrific. Nice breakfast. They go out of their way for you. Very nice dinner ( you can book in their dining room). Beautiful terrace. Perfect location to visit the ruins at Herculaneum. There isn’t much else to do in town so go to the ruins and book with this hotel

We had a lovely stay at the Ruins B&B in Ercolano over New Year. The property has been beautifully decorated and our room was very comfortable. The breakfast is delightful with enough to choose from for a continental breakfast. You can also enjoy a sea view from a few of the tables. The staff are very accommodating especially when speaking English as we don't speak any Italian. We hired a car and they do offer secure parking which cost £10 per day. The parking is not outside the B&B however, they do have a porter that will drive you to the parking if you don't want to walk.

A fabulous hotel right opposite Herculaneum Ruins. The staff were the nicest I have ever come across, so polite and helpful without exception. Lovely breakfast. Small room but perfectly adequate for 2. Good location, 10 minutes walk from Station. Would highly recommend.

Good value for your money
This was a good hotel for the one night we stayed. Super well located across from the ruins in Ercolando and close to Pompeii. The safe was detached from the wall so was of no use. Staff were very kind. Buffet breakfast was ok but it was in a nice room with very nice views! The only downside was that parking, both paid and free, was far from hotel.

There were about five smiling helpful people at reception at different times. They were helping in getting taxis, organizing our tours and don't forget to get your green travel card to save on sites. Lucia, Giovanna, Carmela and several others served a wonderful buffet breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, etc. Italians and most tourists were smoking on the terrace where people dined but they made an exception and we dined in the breakfast room whereby we had a fabulous view of Scavi Ercolano and of course of the sea.

It was a comfortable 2 night stay for us, and at a convenient location. We wanted to be close to Herculaneum for a tour on the first day , and the next we walked to the train station and went to Pompeii. We also had pre-arranged through the hotel for a taxi to pick us up at the Napoli airport on arrival which made it convenient for us. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
