Onze Seagrape golfvilla is een luxe gerenoveerd appartement in de Greenlinks-gemeenschap van Lely Resort, exclusief te huur via The Holiday Life! Deze volledig bijgewerkte unit beschikt over 2 kingsize slaapkamers met mooie bedden, badkamers met kiezelstenen tegels, graniet en Corian-werkbladen, nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten en alle nieuwe tegels, premium vloerbedekking en meubels overal. De gescreende Lanai heeft een van Greenlinks beste uitzicht over het meer en de golfbaan en is super stil en vredig, omdat het zich aan de achterkant van de gemeenschap bevindt. Leun achterover op de lederen bank met stoelen in theaterstijl om de flatscreen HDTV te kijken en te genieten van het uitzicht op het meer daarachter. Een ander zitgedeelte aan de voorzijde van het appartement heeft nog een flatscreen en beide slaapkamers hebben televisies dus er is ruimte voor iedereen om te ontspannen! De eetkamer biedt plaats aan 6 en heeft een prachtige ingebouwde mini-bar en designverlichting voor geweldige ambiance tijdens de maaltijd binnen - of buiten dineren op de Lanai!

Great location

We rented for a few days to start our Christmas vacation. We found it to be a great location, close to Naples and easy access to stores and restaurants. We had great communication with the property manager and would definitely return.

Perfect home!

We had a great time in Naples and this property was perfect! We loved everything about it. The home was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was close to everything. The view was beautiful and my children loved the neighborhood pool! We look forward to staying there again next year!

Christmas in Naples

We came to Naples from frosty NH to celebrate Christmas with family. Sea grape at Greenlinks was perfect for our stay. Close to groceries and restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Beautiful view of the golf course with a private lanai. Highly recommend.

My husband and I loved our 2bdrm/2BA unit in South Naples at Lely…20 minutes to 5th Ave and 25 min to Marco Island…the unit is lovely with very comfortable furniture…split bedroom plan with 2 king master suites with great mattresses…the location is near all sorts of restaurants and shopping…I highly recommend…and the unit is spotless! Thank you for sharing this lovely unit!

The view across the lake to the golf course is certainly one of the best in Greenlinks and a joy to wake up to each morning. With it’s beautiful finishes in white and blue, Seagrape has a happy, coastal feeling throughout.

Very nice, is as pictured

This condo is exactly as pictured. It is very clean and well stocked. The furnishings are attractive and in great shape. The internet can be spotty at times and the TV in the den did not work at all. About midway through our stay, we made a call for service as the clothes washer had stained sheets with an oily substance. We were assured we would hear from the property manager, but never did. Luckily we had overpacked and had clean clothes until we returned home. Aside from that, it was a great stay and would consider staying there again (assuming they fix the washer!).
