Ons huis op 925 Arawak Avenue ligt op slechts een korte wandeling van twee blokken van het nieuwste strandtoegangspad naar het prachtige halvemaanstrand van Marco. Wij bieden strandkar, strandstoelen, parasols, koeler en handdoeken voor uw gemak. Het beschikt over een glanzende, witte keuken met granieten aanrecht en roestvrijstalen apparaten. Open concept plattegrond met eethoek, kookeiland, mediaruimte en woonkamer. Alle nieuwe meubels. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met nieuwe zachte matras, bijgevoegde bad en directe toegang tot Lanai. Master bad heeft dubbele wastafel, aparte douche en vrijstaand bad. De gastenkamers, koningin en tweeling, bevinden zich aan de andere kant van het huis en delen een bad met stenen mozaïekvloer. Met tegels en bamboe vloeren en een niet-roken en geen huisdierenbeleid, streven we ernaar om een omgeving te creëren die weinig allergeen bevat. Open de drievoudige glazen schuifregelaars vanuit de woonkamer en loop je paradijs binnen; de gescreende Lanai met verwarmd zwembad, ligstoelen en eethoek. Our family of 6 spent a fabulous stay at this home this summer. The house is just a short walk from the beach and it was fully equipped with carts, umbrellas, beach towels etc. to make it easy and convenient. The home is beautifully decorated and very functional with excellent utilization of the space. The pool is just the right size and the patio furniture makes it very enjoyable to be outdoors. We didn't use the BBQ grills but they are available should we have decided to do so. The rooms were spacious and so were the bathrooms. The kitchen was open and equipped with top rated appliances and basic necessities. When adding all these features, this home is the perfect place to spend a few relaxing days in beautiful Marco Island.

The property was simply amazing, from the landscaping,to the design inside the house, my wife loved every little thing she gazed her eyes on , the decore was out of bounds ! Felt like so much spirit in the house , wow me and my wife almost didn’t leave,, we were going to lock ourselves in,,. Alan called us right after we got settled in to let us know to call him anytime if we had questions. That was nice.The pool was the favorite for the kids. Plenty of pool toys and floaties. Beach was a short walk. They have plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, wagon, and sun huts. We left a few beach items for the next guest.We used the air mattress “EZ bed” and that was great to sleep on too.Nice to have some condiments/spices already there. We left paper plates and cups for the next guest.Would definitely stay there again!!! House was beautiful and clean! Thank you Alan and family!!

This house is absolutely perfect for a family beach getaway! The screened-in pool was a hit with the kids, the short walk to the gorgeous beach/sunsets couldn’t be beat, and Alan was extremely responsive and easy to deal with. The beds were comfortable, the garage was we’ll-stocked with beach gear, and there were plenty of towels for all the water activities. No complaints and a place we’d happily stay again on another trip to Marco Island!

The property was perfect for our stay during Thanksgiving. We stayed for 8 days. Home was in a great location with a very short walk to public beach access. The home was as described and detailed instructions were left for any questions we had. the only thing that would have been helpful is if an upright vacuum was left available for guest use. there were times where we wanted to clean the kitchen or other areas but weren't able to. Also, bring pillows because the ones that are on the beds no longer have support because they are old. No complaints at all! this house was perfect for our stay.

We loved our spring break on Marco Island. Home is in great condition, located in a quiet neighborhood and is a very short walk to the beach. Home is equipped with everything that you might need… 20+ beach towels, great outdoor seating area, fully stocked kitchen, keyless entry, beach wagon, beach chairs, beach accessories, etc. Our girls in particular loved the outdoor heated pool. We highly recommend the home & hope to visit again soon.

Overall, we absolutely loved our 2 week vacation here in Marco Island. The house and the host Alan are fabulous. We loved the location and the home was very clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing and the kids loved it. We had a very minor issue that the host responded immediately too and it was taken care or very quickly. Alan also checked in on us and was willing to give any help or answer questions about some weather that was coming through. I can say without reservation that this was a wonderful vacation home. Overall fantastic vacation, thank you Alan

This is our 2nd stay at this awesome house. Everything described in the description and photos is accurate. The location is an easy walk to the fabulous Marco beach. July is a little toasty in southern Florida, but the combo beach/pool made everyday spectacular. Do not be deterred by the Florida summer forecasts, it said rain everyday, but we only say rain a couple of times during the day for 20-30 minutes and a couple storms during the night. Nothing with the weather change any of our plans. Back to the house - bikes, beach cart/chairs, enough towels for a dozen people. We left the garage refrigerator stocked with beverages on the way out. Also left (2) twin self inflating mattresses for future guests. Great trip many thanks to Alan.

House was perfect for a family of 5. The house was well equipped with everything you needed and had so many things to start out your stay (tissues, paper towels, soap…) The pool and covered area was amazing!! Location made it easy to get to the beach, and the owners had everything you needed for the beach. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with if you needed anything. We highly recommend this home.

This is our second time staying at this amazing property. The house is exactly as described - spacious enough for my husband and I and our 2 adult daughters and includes everything you could possibly need for a vacation stay. The best part? Feet on the sand in exactly 6 minutes from the front door to the breathtaking Marco Island beach. Alan and Anisia are wonderful hosts - Alan checks in and makes sure everything is perfect and is available anytime you need him. We loved our stay and look forward to returning to Rufina again!
