Prachtig strand uitje met een zoutwater zwembad

Onlangs gerenoveerd 3 slaapkamers plus den 2 badkamers zwembad thuis. Vanuit dit prachtige huis kun je wandelen of fietsen naar het strand van Vanderbilt en het staatspark Delnor Wiggins, je bent ook op zeer korte afstand van Mercoto en andere bekroonde restaurants en winkels. Neem de meegeleverde fietsen mee naar het strand en ga op pad naar het gevarieerde nachtleven dat Napels aanbiedt of blijf thuis en geniet van het gloednieuwe verwarmde zoutwaterzwembad. Deze accommodatie is perfect voor entertainment of gewoon relaxen bij het zwembad. Profiteer van de novemberprijs (soft open). Let op: de huidige foto's (19-10-17) missen ontwerpdetails zoals kunstwerken en beddengoed, nieuwe foto's komen binnenkort.

The house has a nice open floor plan. Kitchen is spacious and has the basics. Plenty of seating inside and out. Screened lanai in shade all day most of pool in sun. Backyard is like your own private resort. Owner is very very responsive and proactive! Gave us a heads up when we would be first to turn heat on for season.

We had a great stay over the week of Thanksgiving! House is exactly as pictured and host is very responsive to any questions or requests. The private pool and back yard was used daily by my family of 3. We loved having that beautiful outdoor space all to ourselves! The beach is a short bike ride or you can utilize one of the local golf cart shuttle options (Naples Park Shuttle was our favorite). We would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely time at Michael’s place. We were there on a girls trip. The kitchen is well stocked with all the stuff you need to cook. The house comes with all things you need for a day at the beach; chairs, umbrella, coolers. The beach is close by, grocery stores and restaurants are in abundance all around. The pool was our favorite spot after a day out on the beach. If we get an opportunity to return we will! Thank you again Michael!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The layout was great, the pool was perfect, and it was very well stocked with items that I haven’t seen at others we’ve rented. The only complaint we had is that the floors are extremely slick when wet. Several of the adults slipped and fell as well as the children. Maybe a few more rugs around the house could help combat that. Otherwise, our stay was great!

Wonderful family getaway to Naples

We had a wonderful time at this house. It’s in a nice neighborhood near Vanderbilt Beach (a couple miles). We loved all the amenities and especially the pool. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch. We rode bikes to Dunkin at the top of the street one day. Our three kids each had their own room. There was plenty of space for our family. Hopefully we’ll be back again soon.

Family Reunion Enhanced

When planning a Family Reunion it's critical that the housing issue is easy and worry-free as this sets the tone for the entire adventure! This property is everything you see in the listing and more - Quiet, peaceful, great neighbors, wonderful kitchen with just about everything you need to prepare meals, comfortable beds, beach toys for the pool (and beach!), wide enough driveway for vehicles, laundry room, pantry, TV in every bedroom and the front parlor. The pool is heated (82 D wile we were there). I could go on and on, so suffice to say that we will look for this vrbo on a return trip to Naples! Thanks to our host Michael McCarthy who was absolutely responsive to questions! The rest of our family stayed in a vrbo 5 blocks away so it was very easy and safe to walk back and forth.
