'Alphonso went over and beyond to give us the best experience possible. Great attention to detail. We already had breakfast plans, but the aromas were fantastic and people we saw eating were having a great experience. If you’re looking for a nice place to get away and not worry about what to eat in the morning, head over there.'

'In 2026, no hotel should have choked - or tiered - internet. I couldn't watch videos because I would have had to pay extra - for the kind of high-speed internet that nearly every hotel provides for free.'

'This property was OK in that it is a great location, walkable to Lakeshore Drive restaurants and beach, as well as good access to the KVR bike trails, but is lacking somewhat in customer service, only refilled our coffee and cups once out of the four day stay. Breakfast included was adequate, lots of variety. Wings Restaurant was good, and convenient.'
