'I paid for a room at this hotel, and as we arrived, we soon discovered that it doesn’t exist anymore. We were unable to be refunded by the new hotel that have taken it over and were forced to pay to stay somewhere. Terrible, terrible service, can’t believe they didn’t warn us at the very least since I booked five months in advance'

'This is a very beautiful hotel with new, clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The rooms are quite nice - there is even artwork on the walls. It is also in a great location for food and souvenirs. You can walk to many places you might want to go to. I would highly recommend the Nepali Art Museum, which is close by. 'The guard checked me in . Though I had booked for a garden view room , I was given a room without a window . The Ac remote didn’t work and I was awake till 2 PM due to excessive heat . The room looked like a chicken coop , the pillow were tiny and so uncomfortable . My day got ruined because of the discomfort . Looks like a property from Pahadgunj , they are trying to save on everything from toiletries to electricity bill . Not recommended , there are better properties nearby for a cheaper...
