'Her room smelled damp and dehumidifier filter light was on, and I was told it was a glitch. Air conditioning did not work all night. Pool was dark all the time. Staff was incredibly incredibly rude.'

'The bathtub drain was extremely slow and you had to stand in 3-4 inches of water when showering. the toilet was the lowest I have ever seen - even lower than some grades chools. The entire "suite" was outdated, worst of all the bed. The mattress had no support at all. Not worth the money at all.'
