To All,The stay at our property on Hendersonville had very good accomodations for the entire stay. However, I would like to make the following comments:
The major problem was in communication with the property management side of Stevens Realty. For example, I asked them to text me, rather than send emails in one written communication. This was due to the fact I was traveling and did not have access to my computer. Their reply was: "So Noted". However, they sent the communication via email, so I had to call and get the code for entering the property on 12/27/22. This also applied when we were leaving the property on the last day, and they sent some information, which I did not receive until later, since it was not sent via text, per my original request. For various situations, I called the available phone number which was apparently Stevens Realty and not the property management side. They apparently were not aware of my situation and they initially did not know the property being rented. I had to explain the situation each time.
The WIFI password was incorrect, as the property had a verizon 5G booster and that had a separate password which no one was originally aware of.
The main bedroom had a TV, but no hookups. The living room had a TV with xfinity satellite and that worked fine. However, the bedroom TV had no xfinity box to hookup with the main living room TV.
I personally bought a TV antenna to get some reception, which I also left at the house.
The knob on the washer was broken in the laundry room.
The window blinds on the back sliding doors had approximately 6 blinds missing, so you could not completely close the blinds at night.
There was only one light bulb working out of four on the overhead light in the third bedroom.
The 4 chairs on the back patio are well worn and one basically had a hole in the middle of the chair, so you could not sit on it.
We did not know how to lock the front door when we went some place, as we only had code to unlock the front door.
You did have a board on the sliding patio door to lock it, but the sliding door itself did not have a working lock.
My wife gave you a 5 rating out of 10. Overall, we all made it work and we thank you.
