Wonderful Property and Great Location
We stayed here for our son's graduation from Belmont. Great location from the school and nice area for dinner. Our unit was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Scarlett was fantastic with any questions. We highly recommend!!

One of the top 1 bed rooms in Nashville
Quiet well appointed condo in the heart of one of the better Nashville neighborhoods. The parking is very close and easy. Restaurants and shopping are all within a 1/4 mile.

Amazing location
We liked the condo location and layout. Couple things could have been improved. When we arrived the kitchen sink was plugged which was repaired 2 days later, lacked full set of dishes (only 3 dinner plates) and generally understocked supplies, for example 1 roll of toilet paper and low supply of dishwasher and laundry soap. Location unbeatable to explore this neighborhood and access to downtown. Parking easy, safe.

Hello Amy, I apologize that the amenities were not fully stocked. Our normal housekeeper is out with an injury and our new housekeeper is in her learning curve. As you can see, we almost always have 5 star reviews. I hope you give us another chance in the future.

Perfect quaint location

Great location!
LOVED this beautiful condo that was perfectly situated close to everything we wanted to do! Fun shopping and great dining experiences were literally right outside our windows. We walked for hours one day also, exploring the neighborhood and Vanderbilt University. Would love to come back again one day!!

Great communication; even better location!
This property was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family while we were in town vacationing and dropping a kid at a nearby college. Parking was no problem and we loved being able to walk around the neighborhood. Communication with owner was easy and clear. We just re-booked!

This is a spacious and well appointed apartment above a boutique. The area is hopping. It was not easy to get shut eye at night. Otherwise it was fun for a bustling area. Be ready to walk to the restaurants and shops if you’re interested because parking is in demand. The bbq place on the corner is so very good. Everyone we met was so very friendly. Would start again.

Loved this place and area!! Safe area with plenty of food options that are walking distance. It was nice to have things to go to that weren’t in the crazy downtown madness. It does get noisy early in the morning so just be prepared for that if you are not an early riser. Otherwise 10/10 would stay again

Incredible Location and spacious condo
My husband and I were in town for a few days and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The location was perfect to enjoy all that 12 South has to offer (shopping, restaurants, etc…)! Short drive to Vanderbilt and downtown Nashville. There is a great park down the street to walk/picnic. We look forward to using this space again in the future!

Perfect location!
We enjoyed our stay very much! The location is perfect for exploring 12 South, Hillsboro Village, Belmont and Vanderbilt plus amazing coffee across the street and great shops and restaurants all around! The bed and bedding were very comfortable and appliances, glassware and flatware and dishes were all top quality. The elevator made it super easy carrying luggage and the check in and checkout was very simple and efficient. And, this cute apartment was spotless and by far the cleanest we have ever stayed in!

Great property
The host provided great info before we even arrived; an excellent check-in process and ideas for places to consider. The property was perfect for us. Great decorating and basic supplies for the bathrooms and kitchen were available. Easy access to the building and local neighborhood - overall a great time with a variety of things to do in the local area.

Great Stay in Nashville
This was an amazing property that fit all of our needs. The location was perfect for shopping and dining and DONUTS at 5 Daughter's Bakery! (If you know, you know!) The only downside was a loud truck dropping off a delivery on two of the mornings we stayed. It is what it is and does not impact how amazing this place was!

Wonderful stay for girls weekend!
We had a wonderful experience renting this property for a small girls weekend. The condo is cute and very clean and was comfortable for myself and two friends. The building felt safe and secure and couldn’t be in a better location. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques around, but not a crazy late night scene (which was perfect in our opinion). Mark and Scarlett were responsive and helpful from pre-booking through our stay. We will definitely return!

Perfect Anniversary Trip
We had an incredible stay here in Nashville, celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. The apartment was just as perfect as pictured/described. Tastefully decorated, very clean, and in an ideal location! Loved how we could just walk to enjoy a yummy breakfast (Frothy Monkey), adorable shops, and the best margarita ever (Bartaco). So many other fabulous places as well! The bed was really comfortable, and the kitchen stocked with even the little things like k-cups and sugar. Parking was close and free. It was the best of both worlds (house + hotel) Mark and Scarlett were wonderful hosts, providing recommendations for the area and being easy to get in contact with. We definitely recommend staying here and will again when we return to Nashville.

This is now my 3rd time staying at this property and it is well worth it. Super clean (which I love). Very stylish and comfortable. If I had one complaint it would be that you are directly on 12 south and may be noisy at times. Property manager was very communicative.

This unit is in a great location and property was as described. Host was easy to communicate with via the VRBO site and also provided a telephone number. Parking is not reserved stalls so if it is busy you may not get a place to park behind building but most of the time we were able to park. Uber is fairly inexpensive to get about the different neighborhoods. We would stay here again, it does get noisy from about 4:30am to 7:30am with delivery vehicles and garbage trucks so ear plugs likely will be in our luggage next time. We were very pleased with this unit, location and host, it was a great VRBO experience.

Been coming to this area of Nashville since 2015. Always wanted to stay on 12 South. This space is new, modern, clean AND spacious. Quick response from Mark & Scarlett on any question. Fun to walk 12 south businesses and nearby park. Discuss parking options prior to arrival as the area can get very busy. All good!

Everything about this rental was perfect! Location...cleanliness...easy and free parking! The hosts provided a long list of recommendations in the area which was much appreciated as we were Nashville first timers. The rental was also equipped with coffee, tea, water, creamers, and toiletries which was an added bonus. : ) We won't stay anywhere else but here on our return trip!

Loved Our Stay!
We had the best time during our stay in Nashville. The apartment was perfect for two people, very spacious and in the heart of 12 South. The on-site parking was perfect but know that the lot is shared with restaurants and shops nearby and fills up during busy times. Check-in was a breeze and the apartment was spotless on arrival. The hosts provided so many recommendations for things to do and where to eat. We tried most of the restaurants nearby and all were delicious! After a long day we loved how quiet the property was, a nice break from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We will be back!
