Alle 5 sterren beoordelingen, eerste partner !! Landelijk wonen in de stad! Slechts 13 minuten naar het centrum van Nashville, gelegen in het hart van Donelson, een veilige en gevestigde buurt, en op slechts 5 minuten van de luchthaven. Bovendien bent u slechts 10 minuten verwijderd van Opryland (en het prachtige winkelcentrum Opry Mills).

Eigen ingang, gratis parkeren aan de straat, ruime zonnige kelder master suite. 2 queensize bedden / 1BA. 650 SF. Helder, groot achterdek en tuin met uitzicht op meer dan 3/4 beboste hectare.

NIET-ROKERS TOEGESTAAN.

Met een grote luxe badkamer met bubbelbad, kitchenette, in een veilige, rustige buurt. Op uw verzoek zal ik zorgen voor een grote gasgrill voor gebruik op uw eigen grasveld.

Perfect voor 2, voor 4 personen met een open plattegrond.
Er zijn 2 queensize bedden, elk in een ander gedeelte, de ene bevindt zich in een privékamer en de andere in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Internet, veel kledingrekken, wasmachine / droger. Ik kan op verzoek voor een derde "lucht" matras zorgen.

Conciërgeservices zijn beschikbaar. Vraag ons om een fantastische concertervaring zonder achtertuin te creëren met enkele van de beste zangers en songwriters van Nashville. Ik ben zelf een gereisd zanger / songwriter en muzikant. We kunnen het laten gebeuren!

De netheid en comfortfactor is ongelooflijk en de omgeving is prachtig. Kim is de perfecte gastheer geweest en haar pups, Tuner en Lexi, zijn supervriendelijk, stil en altijd klaar voor de lol als ik ervoor kies om de poort te openen! "Kim heeft aan alles gedacht wat iemand zou willen of nodig heeft, met fris beddengoed, handdoeken, een föhn, een strijkijzer, koffieservice, zelfs wasfaciliteiten in de grote badkamer! Ze biedt een perfect ingerichte kitchenette voor eenvoudig koken! Ik heb genoten van loungen in het spa-achtige bad, op het achterdek hangen, en het gemakkelijke pendelen naar muziekrij, Opry Mills, en de luchthaven heeft mijn verblijf buitengewoon comfortabel gemaakt! Mijn favoriete restaurant, Chuuy's, ligt op slechts 11 minuten afstand (en ze kennen me daar nu bij naam!) Ik zal hier zeker weer verblijven wanneer ik kan! We really enjoyed our stay here. Beds were comfortable and the location to Nashville made our commuting super short! This location has a country feel but is so close to so much like downtown Nashville and Opry Mills Mall. The unit itself was charming, quirky and cute with a lovely view from the porch. We weren’t aware the unit is adjacent to where the owner lived, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Kim was very nice and her being upstairs was not a bother whatsoever. If we are back in Nashville we will consider renting here again

Wonderful Place

Everything was absolutely wonderful: cozy, clean, peaceful. Hosts were thoughtful helpful and attentive. Only concern was getting in and out of shower tub - a bit of an athletic move. Will stay again in a heartbeat.

Great weekend place!

We came to Nashville for a long weekend. The stay was very nice. Very quick access to Broadway, the airport, and the Opryland hotel. The hosts were very nice and super easy to communicate with. The room was very comfortable for 4 people. Safe and secluded place. Will rent again next time in Nashville.

A safe place to land

Absolutely amazing hosts offered friendly, old-time Southern hospitality at their quiet, peaceful abode. Accommodations for my 3 day stay in my hometown of Nashville far exceeded expectations! Very comfy king-size bed! Loved spending time sitting on the back porch. Highlight of trip was our mini-concert on the porch, put together by our lovely host, Kim, which was also enjoyed by some relatives in the area. Highly recommend this delightful sanctuary in a safe location to others! I’ll definitely come back for another stay with my granddaughters who were unable to join me as planned this time. So nice to meet Kim and Stan. Thanks for going above and beyond! Appreciated the umbrella too!!

Amazing stay

We loved our stay at this property. Such a peaceful oasis that's near everything. So convenient to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend the songwriting gathering that Kim offers. It was such a a treat to listen to such talented artists perform right on the back porch.

Lots of Civil War History in the area.

Close to downtown Nashville. Awesome view of city skyline as you crest a hill approaching the apartment. Visit Franklin. Nice downtown and lots of Civil War history, Apartment has big pretty private back yard with lots of beautiful birds and birdsongs. Quiet location but close to highway access for getting around. Kim is very friendly. This was our 2nd time to stay here in March. Late March weather felt great to us from the North. Stones River Greenway has excellent walking or biking.

Great hidden gem

We had 4 adults who stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. Loved the outdoor space looking over the trees! It is very close to Nashville without being in all the hustle and bustle. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Nashville location!

Kim and Stan were great hosts! I stayed at this property for one month while visiting family in Nashville. I couldn't have been more comfortable. The property was very private and quiet, and I felt safe going on daily walks around the neighborhood. I had everything I needed for my month-long stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this Vrbo rental to my friends and family.

Great value and a great place to stay

an emergency trip to Nashville for my mom meant a place to stay. I tried VRBO and found Kim's place. The price was the same as a hotel but had two sleeping areas, a kitchenette, and a separate entrance. Throughout our visit, our hostess was helpful and kind. The place was clean and well appointed with dishes, a crockpot, microwave, and toaster oven. Plenty of towels and blankets, comfortable beds and seating, and all the tv channels one might need. The location is 15 minutes from everywhere and easy to get into and out of. This is THE PLACE to stay in Nashville

A bit of country in the city.

Down the wooden stairs and through an impressive gate takes you to a private entryway with a lovely view of rolling hills. My first impression of the space was its cleanliness ... fresh and airy, I loved the absence of any "added" fragrances. Green plants instead of potpourri or Glade. Cozy and comfortable furniture, something that is missing in most of the properties I stayed at. Excellent beds and you a creatively designed bathroom. I highly recommend both the hosts and the property. ❤️
