Onverzorgd en geluidsoverlast.
Hotel is moeilijk te vinden. Ligt vlakbij een wegennetwerk. Omgeving van hotel is vies en onverzorgd. Veel geluidsoverlast van pratende rokende mensen en ronkende auto,s. Kamer was niet goed schoongemaakt.

The place is a dump. There was a fist punch hole in the bathroom door. The fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling. The front door was broken and had to be slammed to close. Breakfast was coffee and packaged little donuts. The fridge was badly rusted and the door opened on the wrong side. The bathroom door had one inch of water damage, suggesting some sort of flooding. The place needed paint and the floor was dirty. Management has a trick for bad reviews: They apologise, vow to fix XYZ, and do nothing. We will never stay at an Extended Stay America “Suites” again.

Beds were absolutely AWEFUL. Very old rooms. There was nothing in the kitchen, I guess you have to ask for pots, pans, utensils, soap???? We got in late so it was not worth the trouble. Walls have nothing to insulate sound so expect to hear every door slam from neighbors and tv and talking from rooms next to you. Listing showed free breakfast, which was one reason we booked there… turns out it was packaged muffins and instant oatmeal, That’s it. If you want real food for breakfast go elsewhere. I barely slept and wish I’d paid more for a place with a mattress that’s not an antique.

Disappointing
Batteries dead in remote OR television on the blink. To late in evening to troubleshoot. Drain in shower had to be kept open with wash cloth wouldn’t drain properly. Obviously there had been pet of some sort in the room prior to my visit.

We were in a hurry and I forgot to check reviews! Place looked nice from the outside but inside the room it was dark tones and wall lamp didnt work. Worst of all all drains were clogged. I dont see how housekeepers couldve cleaned the tub or sink. No hair dryer in room. We wouldve left had it been so late. Staff was nice, brought Drano 10pm but we didnt want to step in shower that obviously had not been cleaned. Always check reviews!

This was one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed in. I booked this hotel for a late check in and really early check out with my 12 year old post a concert in the area. This hotel was a one star, at best. The staff, I have to say, was very kind and helpful. It was the property that was actually scary. This property is not only outdated, but scary. Lighting in the parking lot is lacking. The lobby is not open 24/7. All of the doors face the outside vs walking into a building. It was in a sketchy area with nothing around. The sheets were clean, but the rest of the room, including the carpet was old and dirty. I wouldnt take my shoes off. This compared to a hotel in a scary horror movie. The cost of the room was over $200, which was absolutely egregious. It should have been $30. I did not sleep because I was scared to, especially with my son there. I considered leaving and sleeping in the rental car. The room had old lighting. The sink did not drain. This is like a hotel that you go to for 1 hour and leave. Do not go here. Especially with a family.

No electronic keys available due to winter storm. We were OK with that as receptionist was very helpful. She was by herself as they were short staffed and she had to let us in the room. No shower curtain, had to get from lobby and put up myself and had to stand on edge of tub to do so. Not a good thing as I am 75 years old and short. Maid came in at 8:15 AM unannounced as we were getting dressed, just walked in. Stopper in sink would not release and had to pry up. Light on one night stand burned out bulb. Light on other night stand, plug was so loose light would flicker. Our first and last stay at Extended Stay America.

Don’t stay here!
Beds and bath were clean but everything else was pretty disgusting. Carpet was stained in multiple places and held down with duct tape near the kitchenette linoleum. Kitchen area was beyond well used and old. Bath was extremely outdated. We were a party of three. We had two sets of towels. I went to the lobby to ask for more. They had none. This motel was not booked to capacity! I was told I could bring my towels to the lobby, they would wash them and I could pick them up in an hour. What?!? The motel was doing concrete work. This was not disclosed ahead of time. So we had to deal with jackhammers at 8am and concrete pebbles blowing in under our door. We had multiple stink bugs in the room over the four nights. They provided almost nothing in the room - like a hairdryer. I asked if there was one I could borrow from the front desk. I was told nope! Not anymore because people were stealing them. This motel is in Brentwood! Don’t let that fool you! Almost forgot- “breakfast included” means coffee and a basket of granola bars and pre packed muffins. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! If I didn’t have a full schedule for the three days that we were in Nashville, I would’ve found another place to stay.

Nast Room
Room was dirty, first that hits you when you walk in was the smell. Bathroom sink was backed up with standing water, dirt rubs or some variation of smeared on the bed cover/sheets. The fridge was nasty and microwave just needs to be replaced.. you can see pics ive added and see for yourself. Could not get another room, front dest said they were fully booked. Manager next day advised they would refund my 2nd night which im still waiting via pending process. Still was charged for the first night which i did stay due to no other hotels around had any vacancies, but would have been nice for them to refund 1st night to make this right.
