Musician's Haven in Music City ~ Geweldige zomertarieven!

Je voelt je meteen thuis in dit prachtig ingerichte huis. 3 slaapkamers en 2 complete badkamers bevinden zich op het hoogste niveau en een enorme master suite met een complete badkamer, mini-kitchenette en media-kamer op het lagere niveau.

Perfect voor songwriters en muzikanten, families op vakantie, maar ook zakelijke reizigers. Gelegen in een rustige buurt, dit huis is het handig om de luchthaven, het stadscentrum en Music Row.
De keuken is volledig ingericht en beschikt over een rollende eiland. Het aangrenzende terras is comfortabel ingericht. Geniet van de zonovergoten serre op de veranda met een fontein net buiten.

De piano en 2 'house gitaren zijn beschikbaar voor muzikanten. Onze cd-collectie van originele muziek omvat lokale songwriters, velen zijn gebleven en hier speelde.

Het hoogste niveau van het huis is een typisch 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers midden van de eeuw ranch. Het is 1.400 vierkante voet. Er is een grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een ensuite badkamer, een 2e slaapkamer met een queensize bed en een 3e slaapkamer met een lits-jumeaux en twee uitschuifbedjes.

Het lagere niveau beschikt over een enorme master suite (24. 5 'x 21. 5') met een kingsize bed, een zithoek, een wetbar / kichenette en een mediaruimte met een 50 'HDTV met een Roku streaming stick en een spel tafel. Er is ook een ligbed met een onderschuifbed in de media kamer die zal slapen twee personen. De gecombineerde woonkamer is 2800 vierkante voet.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this house. There is plenty of space and the three bathrooms were greatly appreciated!As mentioned by others, having a car is very useful. We ‘ubered’ around for the first half of the week and rented a car for the last half. Next time we would opt to rent a car for the whole week. The Uber rides got expensive for 5.

Long weekend trip

Communication with the owner was wonderful. I messaged with multiple questions and received a response very quickly each time. The property was as described and has a beautiful stream around the back. Instructions for arrival and departure were very clear and the property was spacious. It was stocked with many household items that were nice to have on hand upon arrival. Our group had a great time and the space was very inviting. We would definitely recommend this home.

Great time in Music City

We had a wonderful time visiting Nashville and staying in Musician's Haven for 6 days earlier this month. The home was comfortable, including the beds, and well stocked with everything we needed. All the places we wanted to see/do was within about 15 minutes of the house, and easy to get to, as long as you have a vehicle. Our host was amazing. Whenever I reached out for information, which I did several times, I received a response almost immediately. Check in and check out was a breeze and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. If we ever go back to Nashville, we will definitely consider a return visit.

Great place to stay!

We stay in VRBOs quite often when we travel because of the size of our group and I’m very picky about the accommodations and the location. This home did not disappoint. It was VERY spacious, the furniture was extremely comfortable ( we stayed in one night because we were exhausted from traveling and it was nice to be able to sit and relax comfortably), well stocked kitchen ( we ate breakfast in ) and the owner was very easy to work with. When he found out my granddaughter was traveling with us he supplied a playpen and high chair. Can’t say enough positive things about this home. Loved it.

Home away from home for a family get-together

Excellent house with multiple places to talk and play, plenty of bathrooms & bedrooms to handle our family and a few friends to enjoy Nashville and feel like we were at home. Our host was friendly and helpful, the house was spotless and really functional for all we needed.

Nice and quiet weekend get together.

The place was very clean and homey. It had to s of room and was very charming. The neighborhood was quiet and had little to no through traffic. I've lived here for about twenty years and getting anywhere you may want to go was a breeze. Highly recommended.

Overall fantastic. Couch and chair in livingroom a little to soft and deep. Wished TV in livingroom was bigger. Bed downstairs was not comfortable. Master bedroom bathtop had jet tub, but leaked. We had a great time at Musicians Haven. But was just what we needed. Nice location and quiet. Nice well equipped kitchen which was great because we cooked many meals together there. Our only feedback is that we could have used a good peeler for carrots and potatoes. The one provided was pretty bad 🙃 Also better lighting all around, especially in the kitchen and living room would make the place way more inviting.

Loved Staying Here

We arrived in the early AM hours due to a late arrival in Nashville. Entry was well lit and easy. Although in for business it was family staying together and lots of room. The house was very clean and that is the number one item on my list right there with our safety and we had both. Charming neighborhood with well kept properties. Just enough distance to downtown that a Lyft worked well for. The people of Nashville were super friendly which adds to the overall vibe. Our hosts were very timely with communication when needed. We would definitely stay here again should we come back and need to rent a house. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

Relaxing getaway with many amenities

Beautiful property, quiet and pleasant inside and out. The upper level was very clean. The lower level wasn’t as clean, unfortunately. Close to the airport, downtown and Opryland. We Ubered everywhere with a pretty low fare. We cooked there several nights and had what was needed. The only issue was the barbecue grill. The propane bottle was empty; fortunately a neighbor next door loaned us one. The grill also caught fire. It was dirty on the underside of the grates, and a fire started inside the grill, burning off what was in the grates. Once that happened, the fire stopped and we were able to finish grilling our steaks. My son really enjoyed playing the piano and other instruments. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would consider staying again when in the area.

This place had more than enough beds to sleep all nine of us. The basement provided lots of room for kids to run around and let the adults relax. The owner was sure to make sure any rules were clear and gave lots of information about the area.

Pretty uncomfortable

The living room furniture was so worn out and uncomfortable it was ridiculous. The bathroom toilet in the first floor bathroom is so short you almost fall to floor. The hall bathroom was leaking water into downstairs bathrrom overtime someone took a shower. The downstairs area is so cold you could hardly stand to be down there. On the up side, the kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils and we enjoyed the piano and guitars that were there. Everytime we went on back deck the next door dog barked the whole time. So overall I would say if you are going to Nashville and plan on cooking alot this house may work. The beds were comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay however the house was dirty. Very dusty, floors needed to be washed, dead bugs all over the place. Neighborhood was ok. Would stay again if it were cleaner.

This house was a fantastic place for my family to stay in during our visit to Nashville. It was even child friendly for a 2 year old. Great location. Close to the airport, downtown, and good restaurants. Clean and comfortable. No complaints.

Great Nashville getaway

The home has lots of room, very well cared for. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The location is within 20 minutes of all the sites. Would stay here again.

Furniture needs updated

Good - Downstairs living space was roomy & comfy - Front porch & Back deck were inviting spaces for coffee or cocktails - Well stocked kitchen - Lots of space - Convenient location - Responsive owner Bad - Dogs barking at neighbors kept us up at night. - Basement king mattress was horrendous - we actually moved it off the bed and put the day bed & trundle mattresses on instead so we could at least sleep. Upstairs king was only slightly better. - Upstairs living room furniture frames are broken. - Grill didn't work - Several surfaces and the ceiling fans were layered with dust.
