Fantastic Rental Home
We were visiting Nashville for Mt brother's wedding and this rental house turned out to be absolutely perfect for us! Close enough to Nashville to enjoy the fun but far enough away that we felt completely safe & comfortable. Plenty of room for my family + my sister, my brother and their significant others. It was clean, quiet and completely comfortable. Will definitely stay again if we return to Nashville!

Just what we needed
We had a wonderful stay. A beautiful view sitting on the back porch, the hot tub was nice and relaxing, the house was out of the way but not too out of the way, and plenty of the room in the kitchen which was awesome. The only thing is that the mattresses were not the most comfortable but everything was very clean and there was plenty of room. I would definitely highly recommend this especially for the price and it was 10 times better than a hotel room. Thank you!

The house was nice but the upkeep of the property needs to be improved.!
The deck was deteriorating and in need of repair. The hot tub was dirty and needed a good cleaning. The bath mat in the master bed room was dirty. They only provided one small towel per person for a week stay. I called the manager because there was no blow dryer and not enough pots and pans in the kitchen. The bar stools were wobbly and dangerous . The manager did come and bring more pots and pans and a blow dryer which eas a help. The place is very nice but it needs attention and repairs. We enjoyed our stay but we’re disappointed with the condition of the home and the lack of necessary equipment! Hopefully these things will improve!

Relaxing
I really loved this place. Great to relax and kick back. It had it all, I’d love to come back. The host was super nice and accommodating. My minor issue was that there was an ant infestation in the kitchen. This can easily be fixed and does not worry me. Overall, beds were clean and so was the living room. Host went above and beyond to get me a pump for the basketball, it was very nice of her. Along with a cleaner for the hot tub. Thank you for everything.

Nashville trip
Great property. The house was plenty large enough for three couples. You can definitely tell it's used but no serious issues noted. Good communication with the company although we didn't need anything after arriving. Minor maintenance sould be done as we changed the furnace filter since we noticed it was so gross. There was already one in the closet though. Overall five stars is still warranted.

Wanted to give 5 stars but just can't
Was allowed to enter the property an hour early which was nice and appreciated. Upon arrival one of the two trash dumpsters was full and lid was open, as we are supposed to be responsible for closing the lid. The other had loose trash in which we were to be responsible for bagging all trash items. The first night was fine but upon taking showers the next morning the walk in shower had drain problems and by the end of your shower you were standing in about 3 to 4 inches of water. If you use both shower heads at the same time you will run out of hot water rather quickly. It really needs an "on demand" hot water heater in my opiniin to be able to keep up with the volume. The hot tub really needed a cleaning as there were brown scum stains on the sides. We cleaned the best that we could and left it cycle to aid in the filtering process. First night of use was great and we put the chemicals in after use as instructed. The next night the hot tub kicked the breaker after about 20 to 30 minutes use and the breaker would not reset as if there was a dead short somewhere. We text the property manager about the hot tub with no response.....and we stil haven't gotten a response to this day. The next night we attempted to reset the breaker and this time it held but we noticed the hot tub was apparently leaking somewhere as the deck was wet coming from the under side and the low water light was on. We just gave up at that point. The hot tub was one of the reasons that we rented this property and we were pretty disappointed. All in all the property was beautiful, well stocked and clean. Not real secluded but we never heard a peep from the neighbors on either side or across the street. The mattresses and pillows were clean and comfortable. The fireplace was a great asset as well as tvs in most of the rooms. But for the money I expected at least a response when I notified them....THAT was the biggest bummer of all. Unfortunately, I won't be rebooking this property again which is very unfortunate as it has the potential for a 5 star rating with a little effort.

Great property for larger group
Super easy rental process and the property is fantastic for a quick trip of up to 8. Hot tub was a plus and the location is just a touch from everywhere in Nashville. Pricing seemed fair compared to lots and I’d recommend highly.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Nashville without having to stay in the downtown area. Neighborhood was very peaceful and we enjoyed the hot tub and watching fire flies at night.

Siblings reunion
The inside of the house was clean. But we had planned to use the hot tub and it was very dirty, as was the front porch swing and all of the back patio furniture. We have stayed in VRBO’s in many states and countries and this was the 1st time that bath soap was not furnished. It wasn’t a big deal since it was just a few miles to Walmart but would have been nice to have known in advance so that we could have brought some with us. I know it’s early in the season and coming off of the pandemic. So all in all it was a good stay. And the little issues would not prevent us from coming again.

Amazing
The house was amazing! My favorite part was the kitchen, living room and hot tub! The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals! The living room couches and chair were so comfortable. The hot tub was really nice and could sit 4 adults very comfortably! It was so quiet in the backyard I felt as if I was in my own world back there!

Thanksgiving retreat
Plenty of space. Large kitchen with double oven great for cooking thanksgiving feast. Quiet location . The location is just right. We went to antique stores near by and going to Nashville was close also. We do enjoyed being out of the city. It was peaceful, relaxing, and the little ones had a enough room to play outside and we all loved the front porch swing. I would stay here again and I would recommend others also.

Nice get away
This was our first time in Nashville and we enjoyed being able to hang out on the deck/yard like we would at home the first night and drive I to Nashville to experience that life the next night. The hot tub was amazing and just what we needed. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for all 6 (3 couples) to hang out and not be on top of each other. The only issue (that’s sent really an issue honestly) was that I never got a response back from a message I sent on VRBO. It wasn’t a big deal but would have been nice to hear something. Thanks for giving us some time away!!

Beautiful, spacious home close to Nashville
We stayed here for a long weekend in October with 4 couples and a baby. Never once did we feel crowded or cramped. The spacious home had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to comfortably reside, and it was close enough to Nashville that we could spend the days there with little to no trouble. When we arrived, there was an issue with the WiFi and TV not working. Johnny was very easy to get in touch with and very helpful in resolving the issue quickly for us. We had such a pleasant stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city and really enjoyed our time. The house was neat, clean, and decorated very nicely. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Nashville, but loves the peace and quiet of a home outside the city.

Wonderful Thanksgiving for the family!!!
We loved this place! There were some extenuating circumstances at the beginning and Jonny, the property manager and the owner himself couldnt have been more gracious. Jonny even bought us a couple of bottles of wine. :) . This is a great place for kids, there is a huge back yard and a hot tub. The kitchen is great for cooking and the TV was great for the football games on Thanksgiving day. We would love to make this our annual meeting place for our family, coming in from Atlanta and Chicago. If you're wondering whether this property is for you, just book it! - Beth

Pretty, spacious country house, perfect for group retreat!
My friends and I got together for our 8-year college reunion this weekend. We spent nearly the entire time at the house, hanging out, cooking, drinking, playing games and relaxing in the hot tub. It would’ve been nice to use the fire pit, but it was raining most of the time. The house was perfect for us, and the host was responsive and courteous.

Overall ok
The inside of the house was clean. But when we got there outside garbage was overflowing, stinky, with flies and maggots right by side entrance. We contacted owner right away and his response I'll check into it. 2 days later still there. Took pictures and sent them to him and he still said sorry not sure what can be done still working on it. I told him it needed to be gone now it is very disgusting and I could take care of it for him by putting it in the middle of the road so the police could take care of it and to my surprise 9:00 that night someone came and took it away. Sent a text thanking him for doing his job. Neighbors were very nice one cut the grass so grandkids could play. It was a nice size house nice furniture and was stocked well. Did run out of propane for the grill but they did get a new one quickly. Nice to have washer and dryer master shower was great. Closet light was a strobe light and a lot of other light bulbs not working not the worst thing though. This was the third time renting from HomeAway and this one was not the best rating at a 3. If only we didn't have the garbage problem right off maybe would have given more stars. Guess I would look for a different place next time. But once again overall the inside was clean and had nice towels
