het hotel is zeer goed,alleen is er geen dagelijkse schoonmaakservice,geen goede ontbijtfaciliteit. in de buurt prima eetgelegenheden,ook voor het ontbijt. een hele fijne omgeving,rustig en zeer veel groen.

I think the hotel grounds were very well kept. We loved that our dog was allowed. The bathroom was not that clean nor the floors. Workout area was great.

We seemed to be in a renovated room with newer carpet, LPV and cabinets. Cabinets were kind of beat— give housekeeping a black sharpie to touch up dings. Mini kitchen was nice, but we didn’t really need it, except for silverware, which looked like someone may have used it and wiped it with a cloth. Top of fridge should have been wiped with a cloth! Random nails sticking out of ceiling. Killed 3 bugs on ceiling. No fan in bathroom, but a rusty dirty vent above shower head. Silver lamp with table next to bed looked rusty. Most of third floor smelled like cigarettes. I’m not returning anytime soon.

Most of the things in our room were broken, the sink didn’t drain and the floors were filthy. We wouldnt even let our toddler walk around the room barefoot because his feet were black. They never came and took out the trash our entire three day stay. The room felt damp overall and our key cards never worked - everytime we would come back we would have to get new ones.

The room was clean but not very modern. There was a crack in the sink, the lamp base was rusty, the disposal didn’t work, the sheets were thin. It was ok, but I think spend a bit more and stay in another suite hotel next time. There are lots in the area

The elevator was broken and I was on the 3rd floor. I had to move rooms the last day of my stay because I added a night and they wanted to topay another security deposit. The coffee maker in my room was broke. They had coffee and tea in the laundry area but they wanted to charge for that. They is no complimentary breakfast. They nickel and dime you for everything and they can't even get a repair man in to fix the elevator.

We liked the proximity to the highway and food options after a long day of driving. We didn't like the bed that had multiple different types of hair on it and bits of food, and the fact that all of the furniture looked like frat house furniture (beat up and nasty). We were able to get a new room which had a cleaner bed so I give the front desk workers props for that.

Why is checkin 4pm instead of 3pm? I paid three dollars forca laundry machine and it took my money and would not run. You have to pay through a app so no hotel staff can help or return your money.

Our key card didn’t work the 3rd day. It was not our keys. It took about 30 minutes and multiple attempts to get us back into our room. The staff was nice and let us use another room while we waited. They have attempted to update parts of the room, but could use new carpet.

I actually didn't complete my stay here. I checked in, saw the room and it smelled and looked terribly old. It's a dump. Decided to go find another hotel to stay in, because there was no way I was staying there. Read the reviews on Google before you book. I wish i had.

This was a nice hotel, slightly dated but clean. Our room, 226, had a very poor looking ceiling over the bed and at the window where the curtains hung. It looked like substantial water damage with cracking of the drywall finish, especially at the window. Bathroom counters and mirror were older with wear snd tear but it was clean. Bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a full refrigerator and mini kitchen.

Evening/night staff was very unprofessional. When asking a reservation related question, I was responded to from behind a desk and the checkout inquiry was never answered. The door to my room was hard to open and close. The rooms body wash dispenser was empty, room smelled like it had not been ventilated and staff never came by to clean or even offer fresh towels. Needless to say, service was terrible.

Besides of the immaculant service from their front desk agent Ms. Cooper, my stay outside of that was horrible! Being my first time at the establishment.The manager needs to learn how to talk to guests and the rooms needs more than a every 5 day clean as it was dusty and spiders was having a party in the tub... the bed sheets was a bit soil and it was just so uncomfortable. Didnt seem as if the air-conditioning worked( even though it said the ac was on a timer) wouldnt stay there again.

This is our first time staying at a Sonesta property. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome during our check-in! We loved that the room had a small kitchenette for cooking. There was shopping and dining within a half mile. The only thing we notice was some of the furniture was old and rusty. The side doors to the building had tape on the latches, so anyone not staying there could walk into the building.

I kept having key card problems with the room. Staff was helpful and graciously moved me to another room, which also had key card problems. Everything else was fine.
