Not as advertised - I do not recommend.
The property, itself, was very nice and new but there were so many other issues that I just could not recommend this property to others.
Listing states in the title that it's "serene" - definitely not. The neighborhood has a lot of abandoned homes, one of them being directly behind the property itself. there were sirens going off all night from police and ambulance, so it was very noisy. I had contacted the property manager for the alarm code so we could set at night but unfortunately the manager could not reach the owner for this (in my opinion anyone staying here needs this included for security purposes).
One of the homes directly next door has a hoarder situation going on with a lot of trash, old furniture, debris which happens to be the view from 2 of the upstairs bedrooms.
There are mice, rats or something living in the walls as there was a scratching noise every morning around 4 or 5am and could be heard from every bedroom.
The home has large windows which are beautiful but there are no blackout shades so sleeping in is not an option.
If you're looking for a walkable property this would not be it - a car is a must.
