Hi Brad! We are so sorry to hear about your experience. Yes, the Vdara property had some plumbing issues due to a water heater leak. However, We upgraded you to our beach front property where you and your guest seem thrilled to be staying there. You never made any complaints or brought to our attention that you were not satisfied with the location or made the property manager aware of the ants or dirt in the unit. I assure you She would have handled this right away. It seems you got irate after we requested the penalty fee for SMOKING in a NON-SMOKING unit which was clearly stated in the hand book. It’s not fair to penalize our property with inaccurate information because you were confronted about breaking the rules. We are deeply sorry about the turn of events and suggest to advise future properties immediately about your grievances so it can be handled with due care and urgency. Again we apologize for the inconvenience you may have experienced due to the change in property.
