'The properly itself is beautiful and big.ideak place for big group's / families. However it's very dated and needs fixing. Toilets / bathrooms needs cleaning, taps /shower needs fixing. Properlty owner Tita Osita is very accommodating and friendly. The care taker kuya's Arnel is very helpful, and friendly, acts quickly for any requests The place is in good location, however not easy to find, due to incorrect location and not enough information provided in Google map.'

'The location is ok, rooms is ok, very quiet neighborhood, i like the front patio, where we ate dinner and breakfast, a nice area to chit chat with the group, but the bathroom is dirty, and almost no water coming out from the shower head, there’s only 3 or 4 holes working. The water at the water dispenser taste old, don’t drink it. My group comes in 8 pax, 6 adults and 2 minors.'
