'Front Desk Staff was super friendly and greeted us every time we walked thru the door. They were quick to solve the only issue we had. Which was only one bath towel for a room occupancy of 4 people. We all used one towel the first night, but the next morning the front desk gave us 3 more and apologized for the inconvenience. Only other thing was there was no hair dryer, so be sure to take your own. We didn’t HAVE to have one so it wasn’t a big deal for us. We felt safe because you had to have a...

'The refrigerator didn’t get cold. There wasn’t a remote control for the tv in the room other than that every thing was good. Air conditioning worked great.'

'Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park.'
