As a premium member staff extended our check out time to 12 pm. But they did not transfer it to thr morning staffs . Ending up rushing ourselves.
We love roof top swimming pool.there but one guy was not attentive. Did not check out guests' swimming cap. ( Regulation is requiring swimming cap or ball cap) Not give away towels....

The room was spacious, clean, modern, stylish, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff was very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and competent.
