'They let us dropped off our luggages for 4 days until we returned from Japan . They helped us alot ! What a relief, so we don't have to carry all the Oliver Young shopping to Japan. The archecture design of the newly built hotel was amazing ! Love it very much ! The only thing is missing is a full body mirror. But still , will return to this hotel next time. '

'An amazing stay and Clement and Luda make you very welcome. My apartment had everything I needed, was very comfortable and homely. The view of Seoul from my balcony and the rooftop is stunning. Although the property is on the top of a hill and it can be a bit steep, the walk down is easy and there is a fantastic bus route 03 that you can catch up and it runs from 6am to 23.00. 'Great location, Friendly staff. We had the Panorama room, which was smaller than it looked like in the picture. Still very functional and nice interior. The matras from the bed is low on the floor and one side to the wall, this was, for us, not so practical. All together, because of the fabulous location, still happy with our choice. '

'The staff is super friendly and helpful. You can ask them anything. The hotel itself is really neat. The rooms are a bit tiny, but if you are only going to sleep, then it doesn’t matter. The metro, taxi and (airport expres) bus are only 2 minutes walking. Would love to come back. '

'The hotel in Hanok style is very clean and comfortable. Spacious and bright, the rooms are small but clean and efficient. The shared bathrooms and shower rooms are clean. The breakfast is very delicious, healthy and the many differences during my 6-night stay. The only negative comment is the air conditioning, it makes a lot of sound. The hotel takes care of it if you ask them to take it off. But one night the airco kept running so I had a bad night.'

'Dinner too reserve on the day of the meal and even then it’s not sure if the restaurant is open. Breakfast is limited for Western custom (mainly rice etc) If you want a taxi you need the Uber/Kakao app. Reception doesn’t call a taxi for you. Good room with facilities.
