'Had a fantastic weekend here. We love Oscoda and this is a beautiful spot right on Lake Huron. The manager Chad was very helpful and a super nice guy. Keep in mind before booking this place doesn’t have certain amenities like towels, soap or shampoo and garbage bags. It does have appliances, silverware, dishware, and an outdoor grill. They’re in the process of updating it so right now so many things are pretty rough around the edges, especially the interior of the cabins. We wouldn’t hesitate to...

'We had a pleasant experience. The only problem was when we moved a fire pit closer to our cabin because the are was vacant (5 fire pits only 8 cabins, which needs to be addressed). The man who checks on the property came over and stated he drove by to talk to us earlier, but we were not at the cabin, which (a) seems like stalking and (b) his tone and the way he was leering at my daughter in law were not appreciated. If we stay next year my son and I may just kick his ass....we were tempted to...

'We liked that it was practical and felt like a home away from home. Some cabins feel like they’re trying to be hotels and that’s fine, but this felt more like a quiet, simplified home. The layout was practical and there were places to hang towels. It made good use of the available space. It’s located away from the busy street and between Tawas and Oscoda, making for a shorter drive to both places. Our only downside was the beds were small (they are listed as double — so I just thought in my head...

'This little cottage was perfect for our short stay in Oscoda. Loved the quick beach access and the cottage was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Would stay there again!'

'Our stay at Casa Playa was nothing short of amazing! We booked a last minute trip to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday with 3 of her friends and my youngest daughter. The check process was easy, the house was clean with every amenity you would need, the beach is gorgeous along with the location, and the atmosphere was cozy. I highly recommend Casa Playa. '

'The place had a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, it was clean and had everything you needed to cook! Game room area was awesome as well. Definitely enjoyed the view from the bed to outside with all the snow that came down over the weekend! '

'We had a wonderful time staying at the sweet house. Beds are comfy and 2 bathrooms when you have 2 teenage girls is a must!!! Minute walk to the beach which was perfect. So many shells to collect! House had everything we needed and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Would absolutely stay here again!'
