'Everything was great except the shower. The shower heads were both broken and it was difficult to shower with the bottom faucet. We tried calling down and the phone didn’t work. It was really late and night and only stayed one day.'

'Overall the service was lackluster. I had an issue with my key not working and I was told to “pull-push” the door fast to get the key to work properly! The lobby was clean and well maintained but the elevator was slow. There were stains on the curtains and comforter. Bathroom also had a sewage smell upon my arrival.'
