'Great boutique lodge in Bulawayo. Property staff was very accommodating and hospital. Great convenient location within 10 min of city centre and secured gated parking with 24 hour guard. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool. '

'1) Airport transfer - the vehicle sent was shocking and was stopped at a roadblock and was due to be fined. The condition of the car was appalling. Thankfully the hotel did not charge me for those trips in full. 2) the hotel says "restaurant" but that's only on demand and if you order in advance 3) hotel is undergoing an upgrade so condition is not great 4) my room was not made up, no new towels, tea/coffee etc 5) wifi password expired at midnight, so any early morning meetings/emails etc...

'Een eenvoudig maar prettig hotel, redelijk centraal gelegen, zeer ruime schone kamer, met een ouderwetse kleine badkamer met bad zonder douche. Het hotel ligt naast het Pathfinder busstation. Het personeel is zeer hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Ze hebben voor een betrouwbare taxi gezorgd naar Matobo Nat Park.'

'Never ever go here! The room was far from clean, stains in and dirt on the carpet everywhere. Only the beds were cleanish and more or less comfortable. Lots of the things in the room were broken; toilet seat, floor, sink etc. The 'kitchen' is just some cupboards with nothing, no water cooker, stove, toaster or even plates or cutlery. There is no shower, only a bath tub, so you need to use a cup or so to take a 'shower'. We caught around 50 mosquitos, although there were hardly...

'Better than the photos. Beautiful lawned area with great variety of trees. Room very clean with air con, comfortable beds and huge shower room. Everyone so helpful. Liz the manager is very friendly and her chef and team excellent. Water, milk and tea provided on arrival. Fridge in room. We ate there every night. Good home cooked meals. Enjoyed pre dinner drinks at the bar. Breakfast menu great and cooked to order. Good security. We would return if ever in Bulawayo again.'
