'Good location, helpful staff , although having a concierge service would have been better to guide us through the city. Great places to eat around and access to metro and buses. Janat and Kim are very helpful at the front desk. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Lastly for budget minded travelers book early and breakfast is included and a decent variety to eat . French bakery tous le jous was a great experience as well and the K bbq was authentic. Thank you'

'창문이 없어 환기가 안되고, 욕실 물빠짐이 잘안됨'

'Room was clean staff pick up phone in a timely manner when I had concerns No elevator so walking up 5 flights of stairs was challenging not recommended if you can’t walk up stairs. Luggage storage small not secured Plus walking distance to youngsan station'

'Terrible service. At 11:30 am they were calling me to check out, which is at 12:00 pm. The room had an unbearable cigarette smell, but there were no more rooms. This place in my opinion is not a hotel, but a motel for couples.'

'Freat hotel near subway #9. Very clean and well managed. Very quiet also.'

'The rooms were clean the space was very open and comfortable. Will stay again Thank you to staff my family and I were happy to be there'

'Great property in an excellent area. There are lots of local restaurants and connivence stores nearby. Five minute walk to the subway line 2 with easy access to Gangnam. The room was perfect for me (solo traveler) it had a nice tub and hot shower, comfy bed and it was very peaceful. I never heard any noises from other visitors and the street despite traffic was very quiet. They offer complimentary tea and high quality coffee. Staff is helpful.'

'I took a bus, No. 6703 from Incheon Int’l Airport, then got off at Sinonhyeon Station. 15-minute walk from the bus stop. To the airport, No. 6009 is very convenient because of the bus stop close to the property, especially heavy souvenirs shoppers:-)'

'Very good hotel! The bed is comfortable, clean rooms and nice staff. '

'We initially stayed at UH Flat Seocho as a couple, and later extended our stay with my aunt and niece joining us. Overall, the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation. We were happy with the facilities and the overall quality of the property. However, we experienced several issues with staff communication and service. When we needed to move to another room for the extended stay, we were told that someone would contact us with...
