'Amazing experience'

'Beautiful hotel in an awesome location! on-site restaurants were, the hotel staff is amazing ans wonderful rooms! Only drawback is it’s a very old property so there is quite a bit of noise from the hallways, up above and if you have one of the rooms facing the back street, you can hear everything outside. I had to sleep with white noise on.'

Ils ou elles sont sincèrement aimables et n'empruntent pas une attitude faussement polie ou hautaine comme dans certains endroits. Cela fait également en sorte que l'on s'y sent en sécurité. Lorsque j'ai fait une demande précise elle fut respectée durant tout le séjour ( 5 jours ). Je n'ai pas eu à repréciser comme cela arrive parfois ailleurs. La déco des chambres est stylée et bien agencée,...

'The location is nearby many restaurants and shops. The units are basic, but have what you need. Unit was very clean. The noise from adjacent units is clear. When the cleaners were in the unit above it was very loud. The stairs from the sidewalk to entry door are fairly steep with narrow steps. There is a narrow curving staircase to reach second floor units. Typical old apartment building issues, but travelers with mobility concerns may struggle carrying bags up and down the stairs. '

'Highly recommend this hotel! The location was unbeatable. The room was clean, comfortable, and chic. The staff were supremely responsive — special requests were accommodated and questions were answered within minutes. The self check-in process was a breeze. Complimentary ear plugs were provided, but we didn’t need them. Noise was not an issue whatsoever, and we were in the room closest to street level. We’ve stayed in many places in MTL over the years, and this has been our favourite!'

'It was a clean room and it had everything I needed. It was also close to the metro station and bus stops which made it even better! It was a cozy place and it was exactly as the posts! Would definitely recommend this place!'

'Werkelijk een zeer verrassend hotel. Qua inrichting en zeker qua service. Kamers zijn ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en voorkomend. Valetparking lijkt wat overdreven maar maak hier zeker gebruik van. Niet alleen is het parkeren in Montreal duur maar ook bijna onmogelijk. Met valetparking is dit opgelost. Mochten we in de buurt zijn gaan we zeker terug.'

'Very clean hotel and super close to old Montreal. Staff and owner all super friendly and helpful with great spots to visit in the city. Very unique speak easy in the basement with dj's spinning vinyl. Highly recommend this hotel.'
