'A friendly face greeted us when we arrived. Was a welcoming room and very quiet. Would recommend for anyone to stay and I will stay again.'

'Potentially soaking the shower heads regularly to prevent mold/water buildup. I had to clean the showerhead before giving my minor child a shower/bath, and thankfully my husband didn't see it. The mini fridge was not "cold", I noticed the back wall was cracked and there was ice buildup coming through the break itself. 'I stayed here last night 4/7/26… first, I was double charged for the room. Manager says it should be back in my card in a few days… we’ll see. At night while blow drying my hair the power went out in my room. Staff came up after I called about 15-20 minutes later. He said there was nothing that maintenance could do… because they had never seen it happen before. 'We stayed in room 307- it smelled absolutely disgusting of cigarette smoke. Front desk gave us cleaning spray to help, we had all 4 windows opened and no relief in the atrocious smell. Front desk stay said they were sold out of rooms and could not move us at all.
