'We were unpleasantly surprised that this hotel only provides housekeeping service every other day. During our checkin we were not informed about this. We only found out when we returned to our room and it wasn’t serviced. In addition the hotel.com website lists that this hotel offers daily housekeeping ; which is not factual. And the official website of the hotel doesn’t mention this downgraded service. All very disappointing.'

'Good for a one night stay over, if you want to go from Los Angeles to Vegas and pass Death Valley. Value for money is very good, it’s a cheap stay and if you just want to spent the night and leave in the morning there’s nothing bad.... If you wanna stay for more nights then one, I recommend to go to a bigger place then ridgecrest 😀'

'The check in service was really good. They were very friendly. Our room was big and clean. Breakfast was good and different hot and cold options. The swimming pool was very cold but the hot tub was good so my daughter could stil play in the water.'

'This is exactly what you can expect from a roadside motel. A little bit outdated, low comfort and questionable cleanness. Check in was smooth. Free parking in front of the room. Room was exactly as in the photos. Equipped with 2 (squeaking) beds and very noisy a/c’s. Overall a bit expensive for what you get. Ridgecrest is nice town to overnight to/from Death Valley. We had a nice dinner at Schooners'

'Accommodatie was schoon. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was inbegrepen bij Denny's aan de overkant. De kamer was erg gehorig.'

'Second time staying here and things are just fine! The receptionist was very courteous and delivers excellent service. He made you feel very welcome and well taken care of. The room is a little old, needs upgrading in several places, but it's just a typical motel in mid of the desert. The sink water could be turned up a bit higher. Otherwise, nothing much to mention. '

'The lady at the check in was super friendly, but the accommodation - which was nice in the basis - was old, we had ants in the bathroom, and the bed was not good. Too bad because, again, in the basis this is a nice resort and the people were really friendly and hospitable '
