Hurry and Wait.
No room keys, doors must be opened by staff anytime you leave the room, for any reason or any length of stay. Some time staff is busy and not available to open room. Hotel 5 gallon water bottle on floor often runs out of water.

Lack of hot or warm water
Bed was hard but good condition made for a sore hip, exemtremely disappointed no hot or warm water for shower, I suspect it had been turned off, which we found very annoying, as result I certainly drop at least one star off its rating. Apart from that mostly ok.

Staying in Fragoch was a dissatisfying. Property vicinity was not pleasing. We stayed at an executive room and yet there were people looking in our window even though we have closed the curtains. There were also a lot of mosquitoes in our room and toilet is not cleaned properly. Plus, the toilet deodorizer was placed in the lavatory and looks like a soap at first glance! People may be fooled by this. Reception was poorly manned. We have requested our cable tv to be fixed on our checked in (mind you, we weren’t able to watch television since the cable isn’t working). We requested for it to be fixed and yet after the entire following day, no action was made. Service in the kitchen was impolite. We requested for a breakfast yet they didn’t serve us because they have a catering job in the afternoon. They even pushed us away to eat breakfast at town proper without any consolation that we waited and have to travel out on our first morning. Whenever we ask for assistance from the kitchen crew, they will answer but then shuts the door at you. I do not recommend staying in this place if you’re in Biliran. Try other places instead. This was a poor decision from us so hopefully other tourists will have a better experience.

Amazing and Friendly Staff! A great hotel for all!
Staying at Fragoch was great! The staff were amazing and friendly. Wifi is good. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.

Positief: Comfort kamer
Nice hotel
The room is spacious and the staff are very accommodating. We had run out of water but they were accommodating to fetch water for us. Toilet is clean but they do not have a rug so I requested one for our room. The hotel is accessible to proper naval so you can easily roam around the place.
