'Clean, modern, plenty of parking'

'This property is in a residential neighborhood. There are a few stores nearby and more a few blocks away. There is a bus stop across the street and there is a VERY nice section of beach. 'The only minor complaint is the noise of the traffic on the main road where the property is right next to it Perhaps if the windows were soundproof it would make all the difference . .Another thing .. if you don't like cats . this isn't the property for you . 'Definitely makes getting to the airport easier. Very noisy though. Lots of planes overhead and when someone takes a shower in the room next door it sounds like they are right next to you. Last night I was trying to get a bit of sleep before heading to the airport at 4:00 am. My neighbors took 3 showers starting at 2:00 am. Nice dinner at a recommended restaurant that picked us up and drove us home'
