'Our stay in Arvada was fantastic. We had plans all over the metro and the location made it so easy to navigate. The neighborhood was quiet can nice, my kid left a door open on the car all night and it was never messed with! The stay was clean and comfortable, and our family enjoyed hanging out and playing some pool together. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay again! '

'We had a wonderful stay. The house (indoor and outdoor patio) was lovely. We enjoyed the indoor basketball game in the basement. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The upstairs floors/stairs were somewhat creaky but really not a big issue except when it's very quiet at night. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we wish we could have stayed longer.'

'Huge backyard for our dog was fantastic. Old town was beautiful. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The host book with tips for the area was helpful. 2 bathrooms was great and welcome snack basket with s’mores kit for the firepit. '
