My wife had a 3 star experience at the spa - mine was 4 star. Where things broke down was in the food department and the party culture. 'The management are always on site'

'The property was empty. No other guests. We left snorkel gear by the pool, and it was stolen. The receptionist made no attempt to even ask anyone about it when we told her. Service is non-existent. No paper in the washrooms. No one cleans dirty dishes by the pool. Host in the restaurant lying down while talking to guests, no attempt at any service. The food was good (after having to wait for an hour). Reception closes at certain hours without any warning (where the pool towels are). ...

'Honestly the resort needs more activities to keep kids & adults busy during the day and at night They needs a Jamaican night at least. No Coconut in the resort a bit disappointed honestly Kids club was closed most of the time plus at the Platinum Club was closed also for cleaning ect. Much to be improved'
