'Booked a room that stated it had 2 Queen beds however it only had 2 double beds. I checked with the man in reception who was not very friendly and probably in the wrong job and was told that was the right room. Beds were 138cm wide so definitely just standard double beds. 'Going to start off by saying that when you advertise a cottage in the middle of peak summer then you should ensure that at the very least the aircon is working. The place felt like a furnace the moment we stepped in and when we switched on the aircon it was not working. I promptly messaged about it hoping someone would come and fix it next day.
