'Location was excellent for us but this is overpriced for what it is, basic. Some gardening and sweeping out the front would provide a better welcome. Entry via a garage roller door is novel but functional, then we were met with the BBQ area with a multitude of chairs and a very dusty table. 'Very disappointing. The house was in a good position with great views. But it needed a really good clean. The windows had cobwebs and bird droppings which I had to clean off in order to see outside. When I pulled back the bedding on my last day, the mattress protector had completely disintegrated, and there were tiny flakes of plastic everywhere. I don't think it had ever been changed. It made me feel awful to know I'd been sleeping on that.'
