'Hotel was clean and I enjoyed stay. Would have been 5 stars if I wasn’t originally put in a room with no air conditioning. Maintenance was sent to the room and I was told it could not be fixed, the solution was giving me a fan to use in an 82 degree room. The lady at the front desk told me she could not place me in another room as they were fully booked that night. I would have had to sleep in the room with a fan if the manager wasn’t walking by while I was speaking with the front desk. He...

'We loved our stay here! The space was beautiful, it was super clean, and we had everything we needed. It was right off the main street too on a cute brick road. We wish we could've had more time to stay there. Tracy ran the bnb and also made us breakfast in the morning.
We would 100% stay there again if we return to Columbus.'

'Best check-in & communication from a host I’ve ever experienced. Property was as described & such a great vibe. Bed super comfy. I booked this unit because it had a bathtub but stopper didn’t work. Understood host may not have known this. They were quick to respond to the issue. BTW garbage truck comes Thursday morning 6am 😉. Will definitely be back!'

'First of all, these folks are extremely nice. Anything I needed, they were available. That being said, there were a couple issues (which I already discussed with the host so they won’t be surprised.). First, these cleaning should have been better. The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. The plug for the tub was broken so you couldn’t take a bath...
