The ice machine didn't work the landing in front of the elevators were Absolutely nasty, i told a few workers how filthy it was. First night we arrived it was dirty i was there for 5 nights and it wasn't cleaned. By the 6th day it had pepperoni all over the floor.They claim to have a Starbucks it was there and never opened '

'The photo of this building must be outdated because it’s not even the same colour as shown. It’s dark, dirty, very smelly, and just plain gross. There was nobody at the front desk, and we had to wait a long time to get checked in. One outlet in the room didn’t work. I tried to iron some clothes, and when I tipped the iron over, water came leaking out of the bottom. For the price we paid, it was the worst place I have ever stayed.'

'After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

'Our room worked well for my husband, our daughter and her two children and myself. We liked the way the bathroom was laid out with the sink outside of the toilet/bathing area and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with many options for everyone. '

'There was no maid service the three days that we stayed at the Plaza. We had to go and ask for fresh washcloths and towels from the front desk clerk. We put the door sign for maid service out on Friday and Saturday but no one came to clean the room. '
