'One of my better hotel stays. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms, pool area well lighted and maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in variety and quality. The location was very convenient with access to major highways, the Port Columbus airport and hotel shuttle service for the airport (which I did not need or use but helpful for those who would need that). 'The weeds around the building are out of control. This makes the building look shabby. Very inexpensive to correct. Every other aspect was very good.'

'This was our third time staying at Sonesta. I recently moved to Pittsburgh and return on occasion to visit family. The accommodations are great for the price in my opinion. It’s not the Ritz, but the room is always clean & comfortable. The outside could use some attention like cleaning up the debris that accumulates in the parking lot. That certainly wouldn’t prevent us from returning!'

'We booked a two-bedroom suite, and both rooms were stocked with TVs and comfortable beds. The walls weren’t thin, which was great when my boyfriend was visiting loudly with his brother and I went to sleep a bit earlier than them. The kitchen amenities were great! 'Took 15 min to check in. Desk clerk could barely speak english. No lights worked in the room. It smelled terrible and moldy. No shower curtain and pipes sticking out. Left immediately. Still waiting for refund. '

'Bexley B&B went above and beyond with our stay! Even when we had a snafu with our room code at 1am they answered the phone and helped us (we felt so bad calling at that hour). Staff were nice and friendly, the housekeeping was immaculate, and the property is right next to an excellent donut/coffee shop. We would definitely stay again!'

'I have stayed here many times but the place is starting to show its age. There were big stains on the sofa, the air conditioner did not properly cool the room, and the overall condition of the room was starting to show a lot of wear and tear. Lobby and Bar area are fine.'
