'I had a confirmed reservation from Expedia as well as a confirmation text from the hotel. When I got there, they denied me my room and would not offer any assistance from there. Horrible service and rude staff member.'

'One of my better hotel stays. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms, pool area well lighted and maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in variety and quality. The location was very convenient with access to major highways, the Port Columbus airport and hotel shuttle service for the airport (which I did not need or use but helpful for those who would need that). 'Pictures online are highly doctored, when you pull up it looks nothing like what is shown on the listing. Was probably once a great spot, everything is ALMOST really nice. Dirty and out dated. Price point was probably fair, we thought we were getting a deal, but when we got there we understood why it was priced where it was.'

'Beds were very noisy and uncomfortable. When we went to check out we got attitude from the clerk saying we weren’t allowed to park and stay when we already paid to do so. She was very rude. Will choose another hotel next time. Very disappointed for a Hilton.'

'I paid for a King Size Bed and the WHOLE hotel just have double beds, the lady in the front desk didn’t help me at all. She said that the hotel was sold out, I told her That I need a bigger bed because its impossible that was a king size bed, it was smaller than a full bed. 'This hotel stay was one of the most worse experiences I have encountered. Here are a few examples of my experiences: 1. My 3-day hotel stay was charged on my credit card at my arrival and not upon checking out. 2. Outdated facility with carpet stains throughout the hotel and room. 3. Dingy bed linen, bedspread, and dingy towels with hair on them. 4. Tv remote didn't work because one battery was missing, as well as the remote’s battery covering not being attached. 5. 'Holes are in walls and doors very outdated rooms feels very unsafe people sleeping in hall ways at all hrs of the night dogs constantly barking would never stay had I known the actual conditions of the property glass on the ground all over the place don’t advise this unless this is your last choice and then you might be better sleeping in your car'

'The a/c don’t work, the outlet was burnt out, door didn’t have a lock other than card, door also don’t shut all the way it had a gap. The tables and nightstand could use a clean, or better yet, replacing! I wouldn’t recommend longer then a night stay.'

'It was a last minutes stay for a concert we was attending in Columbus for the weekend because our BNB was cancelled. Definitely wouldn't recommend it. For was filthy, shower was gross and half the outlets didn't work. The sink only ran hot water. Had to brush our teeth with hot water. The AC was so noisy could hardly sleep through the night. Terrible experience all around.'
