'My daughter, sister, & myself really enjoyed our little mini vacay here. Have already sent pics to others I know that will possibly want to stay here. Very quiet & peaceful surroundings. Restaurants & shops, in down town Athens, close by. Just minutes up the road from beach at Strouds Run Park.'

'Hocking Hills Retreat was not well-maintained and had major ongoing issues that were not disclosed or fixed. There were broken/missing features that we took photos of to send to the host, Logan, and Logan West Properties Management including the broken patio door. The water stopped while showering the first night there. After repeated calls to Logan and VRBO, we had a few calls back from VRBO. 'The place was clean, it was nice and private which we loved! Also loved having a pet friendly place so close to Lake Hope. We normally go tent camping at the near by camp ground because it’s the only pet friendly option we have. Finding this place was a game changer. Extremely pleased with everything! Plenty of space for activities we never felt cramped up. 10/10 would recommend!'
