'Unique property in the middle of a juniper forest. Units feel like a private residence. Spacious and well cared for amenities such as pool, playground, pickle ball, basketball. Even RV accommodations. Freedom to explore the surrounding forest. Lodge and accompanying lawn area can accommodate fairly large groups. Staff is friendly and efficient to help with your plans for a stay here. Historical towns and the Manti La Sal National Forest mountains give visitors much to do.'

'It had nice views, kitchenette was well equipped and cozy bed. Would stay here again.'

'I don't believe I realized the age of the home, dueto the recent renovated online photos when I reserved this property. Check-in was easy & it has some unique property moments throughout. The biggest issue was the lack of air circulation, especially throughout the top floor, which made the AC really struggle. We stayed for 3 evenings. When we initially got there, we set the thermostat for 70 with it being 88 outside. The coolest it got on the main floor was low of 72 the following morning, but...

'The house was beautiful. The grounds were as well. It was an easy check in, and we had such a great time. Definitely will come back again and stay longer!!!'

'It was a beautiful home, even more spacious than it looks in the photos! Everything was clean and well stocked. It was perfect for a big family get together - the kids loved the theater room! We ended up cutting one of our planned activities and just hung out in the house because it was so comfortable. Hosts were super responsive and made everything easy!'

'This is second year we have rented this lake house for a family reunion. They have improved the house with more grass and a fire pit. The grandkids loved the hot tub. We had an issue with a smoke alarm and the owner was quick to respond. This house is close to yuba and though it was cold we still enjoyed our stay.'

'It was perfect. Had all the admitites included. All we had to bring was toys and food. My family all enjoyed it very much. Can't think of a single thing to complain about it. Just perfect!'

'Need to be fair about this property. The owners bailed my family out and I am grateful. Another VRBO property cancelled 5 days before my son's wedding and this owner took our last minute reservation. We had a late addition to our group and the owner graciously allowed us to add my sister in law and her husband.Thank you. The property itself is huge with an abundance of rooms. The house was clean and well stocked. Spacious kitchen. Comfortable house We did have several surprises not all of...
