This location was not well maintained with cleanliness. The shades on all the lights had 1/4 inch of dust on them in the back and the furnitures were all very unclean and not vaccummed for months. The bed springs made noises everytime you moved on the bed and was very uncomfortable.

You’ll sleep ok if you can ignore the smell
Roadside motels aren’t meant to be stellar. The bed was comfortable with a good mattress protector and the towels were clean. But the room smelled awful - an unpleasant combination of bathroom mildew and cleaning products. The shower looked so gross we did not use it. And the entire box for the wall outlet came out when I went to unplug my phone.

The guy is the office is super kind (only positive thing). The AC smells like mildew to the point where we couldn’t use it because we were coughing and it smelled so bad. The neighbors are obnoxious, super loud, yelling or just stomping around. Everything is dirty, I’m not even sure if the sheets are cleaned. Highly disappointed. Also, the phone service is awful!! I have to leave the room to get signal.

The whole room was terrible. First impression, the room smelled like a horrible cover up, of 10 years of cigarette smoke. There was a film on everything in the room. The coffee cups smelled and tasted like they were soaked in industrial sanitizing solution. The walls and floor were filthy. The bathroom looked like it has never been cleaned. There was soap scum everywhere. The grout was yellowed. The beds felf like an army of kids knocked every spring out of place. Couldnt roll over with out the sound of loud metal popping from the strange bed platforms it sat on. The neighbors upstairs decided that 3:30 in the morning was a good time to party, play loud music, stomp around, and argue with your girlfriend. Then to charge almost $600 for both nights. I had to suffer because they only do a partial refund, and not many places allow pets. I had my dog with as well. Another thing, the owners watch your evry move on the surveillance camera. I left the door open to unload my belongings and they called my room to tell me to close the door. That mosquitoes will get in. Nice gesture, but creepy like Big brother is watching. Next time i willl just go back to The Berkeley. The only plus i can say about this place is that the only bug i saw was a spider.

Nice little place if youre looking a for a 1-night stay. Not very sound proof rooms though. There were people in the room above us running around and banging things in the middle of the night and the one bed made a loud, metal banging noise when moving on it (weirdest thing ever! Lol). Other than that, it was a clean, pleasant stay with simple amenities. Had a nice nature view, too and faced away from the main roadway.

I am sorry for your inconvenience, well cell services we do not provide, so that issue you would have to take it up with your cell services provider. If your cell service provider did not provide you cell services how we are responsible for your bad stay with us, I do not see any logic in that. We hope to see you next time.
