'The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and the facility is in an excellent location. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the room. It did not appear to be well maintained, with visible dirt and marks on the walls and inadequate lighting. Overall, the room fell short of my expectations and would benefit from better upkeep, cleaning, and some maintenance. With a few improvements, the facility could offer a much better guest experience.'

'Kamer was netjes en schoon. Uitgebreid ontbijt met zeer vriendeliik personeel. De bus stopt voor de deur en je bent zo in de stad. Eventueel is er ook genoeg parkeerruimte.'

'Prima hotel met luchthavenshuttle. Upgrade gekregen naar een kamer met uitzicht op de jachthaven. Goede airco, rustige kamer.'

'Goed hotel, zeer centraal gelegen. Zeer ruime kamers. Mooi uitzicht op de haven en de vertrekkende watervliegtuigen.'

'I arrived to Vancouver in a very early flight and thankfully my room was ready. The staff members were very polite and helpful. The room was amazing with a kitchen, washer, dryer, bathtub, two smart TVs and a cosy living room with a chimney. The location was perfect in a commercial street, walking distance from shops and restaurants, and a bus to the city centre around the corner. The bus takes 10-15 minutes to take you there. I just wished I could have stayed there longer! I strongly...

'I booked a room with a shared bathroom. It was actually very clean and never taken when I wanted to use it, so that was fine. Only thing I didn’t think of is there is also no toilet in the room, so you have to go out in the hallway in the middle of the night. But clean, and easy access so that is an option to stay cheaper in the center of town. Location is great, it has everything within walking distance.'

'Clean room. Lucy was very kind and helpful. Property met our needs perfectly.'
