'The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay.'

'Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at this MCM hotel. Room was great, easy parking. Anna on the front desk was outstanding in helping us with places to see, as was her colleague at the bar. Only thing that needs improvement is communication - our flight was delayed by 24hrs and my four different attempts at contacting the hotel received no response. Looking forward to returning again soon.'

'My biggest complaint about this hotel was the fact that they have a barn door style door for the bathroom and on both sides it does not go flush with the wall and sticks out a good inch 2 inch and a half. There’s no privacy there’s not even an exhaust fan in the bathroom. We stayed for one night, the morning we were leaving we were having breakfast, which was excellent however, the fire alarm started going off Which was obviously a false alarm but they never mentioned that to anyone. 'The room itself was clean and up to date. The hallway was not air conditioned or clean. There was the aroma of pot in the hallway at all times. The hotel is located right behind two gas stations and on a busy road. It was noisy. The breakfast left much to be desired. They had bread, but no toaster. 'Discrimination is your inner persons insecurity of the unknown built off of generations and forwarded ills. There comes a time when you check your customers in, if they booked the wrong location, one would assist in attempting to have it moved. Yes I booked the wrong location. Kudos to Expedia for having rooms almost $30 less than being on site! 'We were very disappointed. There is NO restaurant there. It's the same breakfast that you get at all hotels, except it cost $16 a person + tax and then they expected a tip. Also, it was in there common area. No adjoining restaurant. The rooms were only cleaned every other day, which the description said every day. We were there for 3 nights and it was not cleaned at all. We'll stay somewhere else next time we are down.'

'The cabinet between our beds was leaning forward and the drawers were unable to close. We reported it, but it wasn't fixed. We had to get tape from the front desk to take them closed. Someone could injure themselves.'
