'We were placed in a room that smelled like urine so the staff moved us to another room. The TV remote didn't work and Noone could help fix it. They just suggested we move back to the original room. 'This is listed as a four-star hotel on Google, but that is not the case. It is definitely 2 1/2 as listed on Expedia. They did not have reliable Wi-Fi or any of the basic channels to watch sports. Based on other reviews it had recently changed ownership. They need to up their game or the poor reviews will start pouring in.'
