'Staff was friendly and helpful even before we got there, breakfast was amazing every morning as was all food served. Assistance with coordinating trusted drivers to/from the airport was so helpful! Having the hike to the waterfalls on site was the perfect daily activity.'

'Fijn hotel, vriendelijk personeel, comfortabele kamer, prima ontbijt. relatief duur voor Colombiaanse begrippen, maar toch tevreden'

'Mooie kamer met ongelofelijk uitzicht. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Enkel het licht in de kamer en vooral de badkamer mag wat sfeervoller in plaats van het felle witte ledlicht. '

'Overall, we were very satisfied. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our special thanks to Paola. She is fantastic! Our room was fine. We had the Master Suite and it was attached to another room. There was one very big downside. We could hear everything from our neighbours. The conversations, farts and snoring. Very unpleasant. Because of the many instagrammers, the atmosphere was also not really optimal. So perhaps we are not quite part of the target group.'

'Prima hotel voor 1 of paar overnachtingen. Centraal gelegen. Niet iets voor langere duur. '

'Buen hotel '

'Good business-type of hotel in the centre of Pereira. Room and bed were comfortable and clean, although decoration could be more inspiring. Bathroom was good too. Service was professional and friendly. Breakfast was simple but good.'

'The place is beautiful. The breakfast is a menu not a buffet style.'

'Una experiencia sencillamente espectacular. ❤️ Desde que llegue , el servicio fue excelente, súper atentos y amables en todo momento. Las instalaciones son únicas, hermosas y tienen ese encanto especial que hace que uno se desconecte y simplemente disfrute. El lugar es perfecto para descansar, disfrutar de la naturaleza y vivir un momento diferente. Y ni hablar de los atardeceres… ¡una belleza! 🌅☕️ Definitivamente un lugar al que volvería sin pensarlo. 100% recomendado. ¡Gracias por hacer de...

'A great hotel very close to town centre. We had the deluxe balcony cabin with a great view and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The room itself is spacious and well decorated. They provided coffee in the room which was great, having a coffee in the morning on the balcony! The staff were very kind and provided your every need. And breakfast was really delicious. We absolutely recommend this hotel! Relatively new, clean and gardens well maintaned'

'An excellent apartment hotel with very helpful staff. The location is close to a shopping centre and three supermarkets. It remains a bit noisy outside at times, but eventually it becomes quiet in time.'

'Beautiful Ecohotel surrounded by nature'
