'We had a wonderful week. House was well equipped, beautiful and slept 10 of us very comfortably. St. Kitts is a beautiful island and we did and saw so much. It’s very easy to get around and the people we are amazing. The only downside is that the walkable beach to the house is not regularly maintained and had a lot of seaweed. We still enjoyed it and drove a few minutes to the Caribbean beaches.'

'I absolutely loved staying here. Parking can be tricky, so if arriving late at night need to be aware—but all in all this is a wonderful place to stay and perfect location. I would be tempted to purchase and move here full time. Loved it!'

'Amazing space and garden. The host has thought of everything, like a slow cooker so that you can prepare your meals to be ready when you return from the beach. A can opener, and even a beach towel. You might even see Monkeys visit the garden. Communicating with the host revealed that we can even get food delivered… just bring some mosquito repellant if you want to sit outside in the evening'

'Beware!!! Online they claim "you'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party" and reality is you're actually sharing the "home" with other people! After reading that i thought i would've been there alone with my party and there was no such thing, they had people their staying! Please beware guys, i booked and couldn't even get my money back and i didn't stayed there because i was expecting a little place for me and my family. I lost money and time...

'The house/property is gorgeous inside and out. The pool is flawless. The insides is immaculate. So much space. Everything is new and clean. Huge kitchen and eating area. Spacious balcony for lounging, music, stargazing, or even sleeping. The island wind is sublime, and prevalent at this property at night. Your drive in and out of the property will be lined with wonderfully cute monkeys. Near so many great restaurants. What else could you ask for?'

'What a beautiful spot. I loved staying here and going to sleep to the sound of the ocean. The little porch facing the sea was a wonderfully serene spot to have my morning coffee. Belulah was a kind and gracious host. I look forward to coming back some day!'

'Great location and spectacular views. Nice yard. The house is spacious and must have been fantastic when it was new. Regretfully, it needs some improvements. Water leaked into dining room when it rained, dishwasher and oven didn’t work, kitchenware old and worn, several cracks in masonry, furniture old, master bedroom AC inadequate (we had to sleep in another bedroom). There’s more, but you get the idea. Also, you have to use about 2 km of rough dirt road to get to it, and when it rains hard...

'My wife and I had a wonderful stay in early November. The villa is beautiful and so are the grounds. There were great views of St. Kitts from the pool and of Mt. Nevis from the back of the property. Derek the property manager arranged the cab and water taxi from St. Kitts for us which was very helpful. He met us at the Nevis pier on our arrival and took us to the villa. He also helped us book a car rental for the week. Nevis is a beautiful island with very friendly people. There are many...

'Quite comfortable with solid amenities and a touch of sophisticated modernity. Certainly an ideal for a mix of business and pleasure. Second time staying and still very appreciative of the neatness and generosity of space, as well as the availability and adeptness of the management. Would not have minded spending more time indoors but couldn't because of work. Next time will definitely lean into just relaxing indoors more.'

'We chose this villa for the location and views. 5 days before our travel we had message to say villa was no longer available due to renovation work not complete. To be fair we were offered another villa for the same price nearby on St Christophe estate which was larger and would have cost more. However, we were disappointed as although the villa was very nice it felt claustrophobic having no where to sit outdoors and surrounded by tall plants and in the middle of the estate.
