'Kitchen needs to be better equipped to meet the needs of a family. There is absolutely no place to put you clothes, the closets are full of personal items (laundry baskets with lamp, art work etc) leaving no space for visitors belongings. The 2 night stands in the rooms with drawers are full of linens. Would not stay again. When we arrived the primary bedroom door was locked from the inside and we had to find a pin to unlock it. The staff at the security gate were very friendly and accommodating...

'We booked for a last minute short getaway. The best feature of the property was the convenient beach access. The unit was quiet, clean, and appeared to be recently updated. The futon was uncomfortable to sleep on for an adult. We would book again but would probably bring an air mattress. It's probably fine for small kids. Highly recommend for a short beach getaway.'

'Just remember you are not paying for the room!You are paying for the convenience to the beach where it will be your tranquility. The front seat to the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. If you rather, sit on the porch and feel protected from the elements while observing nature at it's best. The comfort of the room is where you will chill ! Place your head on your pillow to listen to the ocean serenade your most comfortable relaxed "get away" THIS IS THE PLACE'

'We've stayed at a few condos at Ocean Sands, but this one is our new favorite! Very clean, looks to be recently updated. Can't beat the location and promixity to the beach. We will be going back! '

'Great location. Very close to beach. The A/C unit cooled pretty well. Was not expecting de-humidifier which ran constantly and was louder than the A/C unit. Even with blinds and curtains shut a lot of light came in room from the exterior lighting. No bathroom sink was rather awkward. Never seen that before. The shower was updated and very nice. We definitely appreciated the 2 ceiling fans.'
